GoFormz gives field and operations teams a way to replace paper forms, collect information in the field and automate what happens after submission. Teams can digitize existing forms or create branded ones with a code-free drag-and-drop builder. Mobile forms work offline, then sync once a connection is available; they can collect GPS points, camera images, signatures and barcodes. Workflows can route completed forms, update connected systems and handle approvals. Listed connections include Salesforce, Procore, Snowflake, SQL, Acumatica and Google Workspace, alongside an open REST API. GoFormz supports web, Windows, Android and iOS.
