What GainSeeker Suite is

GainSeeker Suite is Hertzler's on-premise statistical process control (SPC) system for manufacturers. It collects and analyzes production data, produces reports and charts, helps teams identify trends and supports process optimization. The modular system lets organizations choose the functionality they need. Its Charts module creates SPC, DMS and OEE charts; the product also supports OEE calculation, downtime tracking, loss analysis, real-time monitoring and quality tracking. Data capture is hybrid.

GainSeeker connects to digital gages, scales, CMM and vision systems, IoT sources, MES and EQMS systems, ERP systems and SharePoint. Teams can adapt existing integration scripts and extend connections with Python scripts. Version 10.2.2 adds an AI Analyst dashboard control and a charting option for sending SPC and DMS statistics to an AI engine the user chooses.

The self-hosted product runs on Windows and is intended for organizations that want control over where their data resides. Workstation requirements specify Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and 4.8. Hertzler recommends Microsoft SQL Server Express as a free database option for new deployments and no longer recommends MySQL for new installations.
