What EZChildTrack is
EZChildTrack is online childcare management software for program directors, site coordinators, and staff at afterschool programs, daycare services, summer camps, and other childcare organizations. It brings enrollment, family access, billing, attendance, and reporting into a browser-based service, with Android and iOS platforms also listed. Parents can register and enroll online, make payments, set up automatic payments, and view invoices, transactions, and tax statements. Automated billing handles tuition, late payments, late checkout charges, subsidies, and payment plans, and can send invoices or statements by email.
Staff can record attendance using computers, tablets, phones, parent PINs, student badges, barcode scanners, badge or smart-card readers, and printed rosters. Reports include customizable and standard reports, executive dashboards, Excel export, and more than 50 pre-designed reports. An agency accounting application tracks subsidized fees, agency invoices and receivables, co-payments, and subsidy-based enrollment. Integrations include QuickBooks, EZReports for grant-funded afterschool programs, and EZComEd for a shared childcare and community-education portal. Payment processing uses Forte Payment Systems and CardConnect. The maker says there is no user limit. Pricing is based on program size and requires a quote; a free trial is listed, but no free plan.
