DigitalRSVPs

What DigitalRSVPs is

DigitalRSVPs is a web service for making invitations, sending them to guests, and keeping track of responses for events ranging from dinners to large celebrations. Its templates cover weddings, birthdays, baby showers, quinceañeras, graduations, corporate events, holidays, and reunions. Hosts can collect plus-one details, meal selections, dietary restrictions, and messages. Invitations can be delivered by email, text message, or a shareable link; text invitations open the host’s messaging app with guests and the invitation link already filled in. Guests can search Apple Music, preview tracks, and send song requests through the RSVP form. For event memories, the live photo gallery supports guest uploads, reactions, written notes, host moderation, and a slideshow at the venue. A voice guestbook lets guests record phone memos without an app or account, with recordings subject to host moderation. Free includes up to three events and unlimited guests, with DigitalRSVPs branding. Paid choices include one-time event hosting, monthly Pro access, and AI credit bundles. The service is web-based, and the company is based in Las Vegas, Nevada. It says it does not sell user data or place ads on invitations.

Who it suits

DigitalRSVPs suits hosts organizing personal or business events who want to send invitations and gather guest details and RSVPs online. Its templates span celebrations and corporate events, while photo and voice features give guests ways to contribute memories.

Limits

The Free plan allows up to three events, includes three AI generations, and displays DigitalRSVPs branding. Premium costs $9, paid once and hosts the photo gallery and voice guestbook for 60 days; Pro costs $19 a month and hosts them for 12 months. The Pro API limit is 1,000 requests per month.
