What Deliforce is
Deliforce is a paid SaaS platform for managing last-mile delivery operations through web, Android, and API access. It automates dispatch by sending orders to drivers and uses route optimization to assign, schedule, and dispatch multiple tasks in a day. Teams can track drivers and deliveries in real time, while reports and alerts support monitoring. Customer notifications may include estimated arrival times, customized SMS alerts, and real-time tracking. Signature capture provides proof of delivery. The service offers API access with documentation linked on SwaggerHub. Deliforce lists e-commerce, retail, pharmacy, food, grocery, flower, laundry, spa, and courier or parcel businesses among its markets. The Android Deliforce Agent app combines an admin dashboard and driver app, with bulk assignment, automatic dispatching, and agent tracking. English is the core language, with customizations available. Google Play lists location sharing with third parties, no encryption, and no data deletion.
