Cordant Viewings is a web service for letting agencies and property managers to coordinate property visits and manage access. Agencies can define viewing windows for each property, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Applicants arrange a time through an existing WhatsApp or email conversation, and Sophie confirms it and enters it in the agency diary. For self-guided visits, a single-use code is assigned to a named applicant and a specific time window. It is released thirty minutes before the appointment and revoked when the window closes; access works with keysafes and smart locks. Sophie can respond to questions during a visit and remind applicants to lock up. Agencies can instead configure accompanied viewings by property, with Sophie handling booking, reminders and follow-up without sharing access details. Cordant generally recommends accompanied visits at occupied properties and says tenants are notified in advance either way. Afterward, the service can collect feedback, update the landlord and begin an application for an interested applicant. If an applicant has not confirmed on the morning, the appointment is made available to the next applicant. Cordant says setup takes about a week, including loading properties and contractors and configuring Sophie's independent tasks. Its stated data practices include UK and EU hosting and encryption in transit and at rest. Pricing is on request.
