Contracts 365

What Contracts 365 is
Contracts 365 is cloud contract lifecycle management software for organizations running Microsoft 365. It follows agreements from negotiation through execution and renewal, with milestones, alerts, and required actions. Teams get a secure repository, dashboards, metadata, advanced search, reporting, workflow automation, email collaboration, contract requests, templates, clause libraries, redlining, and notifications. An in-product wizard uses playbooks and clause libraries to create agreements by contract type. The AI Extraction Companion identifies, extracts, and summarizes information in uploaded contracts; Contracts 365 recommends human review of critical fields and says customer data is not used to train its AI models. Native integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce can start contracts, link records, and pre-populate forms. Microsoft connections include Teams, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. Adobe Sign and DocuSign integrations route agreements and track electronic signatures, but e-signature is not built in. Contracts remain in the customer’s Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environment under existing security settings. Pricing is available on request.
