What CollectFlows is

CollectFlows helps businesses manage accounts receivable and collection work for their own overdue B2B invoices. Teams can import invoice statements, daily collections, and branch targets from Excel or CSV; the system detects columns for mapping. It recalculates invoice age from due dates into current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, and 90+ day categories. Staff can record promised amounts and dates, with overdue promises flagged after their dates pass, and log customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp touchpoints with timestamps and attribution. The AI assistant answers questions using live receivables data, prepares daily briefings, accepts voice input, and responds in English or Arabic. It is included on Business, but not Growth. Controls include branch and collector scoping, five user roles, an exportable audit log, and optional TOTP multi-factor authentication. The browser interface adapts to phone and tablet screens; the listed platforms also include Android, iOS, and API. Growth costs 145 AED a month and Business costs 475 AED a month, both billed monthly in AED. A 14-day trial is available without a credit card. CollectFlows does not collect debt or contact debtors on a company's behalf.

Who it suits

CollectFlows is aimed at credit controllers, collection officers, finance managers, and CFOs managing their own overdue B2B invoices. Its intended customers include trading, distribution, contracting, and services businesses in the UAE and wider GCC.

Limits

The 14-day trial is available without a credit card. Growth supports up to five users and excludes the AI assistant and Microsoft 365 connection; Business supports up to 20 users, includes the AI assistant, and has a limited Microsoft 365 connection.

Verdict

Choose CollectFlows if your business needs to organize its own overdue B2B invoices, promises, and customer follow-ups. Look elsewhere if you need a service to contact debtors or collect debt on your behalf; CollectFlows does not perform that work.
