What Calendars by Readdle is
Calendars by Readdle combines calendars, events, tasks, planning, and habit tracking. It connects Google Calendar, Outlook, Exchange, iCloud, Apple Reminders, and Google Tasks, with two-way calendar sync. Natural Language Input can turn plain text into an event with its time, location, and contact. Users can share calendars with family, friends, or colleagues and receive real-time updates, view and update calendars offline, and join Zoom, Google Meet, and other video meetings from the calendar. Changes made offline sync when the user reconnects. The free plan provides a basic calendar; listed PRO features include tasks, multiple accounts, and cross-device access. PRO costs $19.99 per year, billed annually, and includes a 7-day trial. Readdle says Calendars encrypts data in transit and at rest, follows GDPR obligations, and holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022-certified security. Its privacy notice says user data is not used to train AI models; relevant data shared with AI providers may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
