What Boxphish is

Boxphish is a cyber awareness platform that brings phishing simulations, staff training and analytics together for organisations. Its library has more than 150 templates for business and consumer scenarios, and teams can build custom simulations. Training combines short video lessons with quizzes or games, covering subjects such as phishing, malware, social engineering, GDPR and data privacy. Dashboards bring together simulation outcomes, course completion and risk scores, with detail available by user, department or location.

The service is available on Android, iOS and the web. Google and Microsoft Office 365 user syncing and single sign-on for Google and Microsoft Office are listed. Essentials and Enhanced can add a Microsoft Teams integration for course notifications, access and completion, with progress syncing to Boxphish on desktop and mobile.
