Apprendly RolePlay uses AI conversations to let learners practise workplace scenarios in a web browser. Its virtual counterparts can act as customers, students, patients, or colleagues, adapting their responses to what the learner says. The product is positioned for sales, customer service, leadership, onboarding, compliance, and change-management training, with role-play coaching, content authoring, and manager analytics.

Creators can set a character's appearance, behavior, knowledge, and success goals. AI Creator analyzes materials such as courses, handbooks, documents, PDFs, onboarding decks, policies, and workshop notes to build role-plays. Learning management system embedding is supported through SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 4th Edition, and cmi5/xAPI packages. Listed integrations or connections include 360Learning, Cornerstone, Docebo, Articulate, Airtable, Monday.com, SharePoint, Webflow, PowerPoint, WordPress, Moodle, SAP, and TalentLMS.
