What Aimi is

Aimi is a web-based music creation tool from Aimi, a maker headquartered in the United States. Its Free studio plan includes recording, editing, mixing, uploading audio, exporting, publishing and remixing, with the plan priced at $0. Vocal generation and audio upload are also available, and commercial use is permitted. The service is listed for the web, so its supported platform is browser-based.

Aimi uses a freemium pricing model. The Free studio plan covers the listed studio actions, while Credit packs provide credits for AI turns. Credit packs are listed at $6 a month; they are one-off purchases with no subscription. Each AI turn uses 10 credits. This makes the credit requirement a key part of choosing the paid option, while the free plan offers the listed recording and publishing workflow without a stated credit limit. Aimi’s main listed distinctions are its mix of studio tools, vocal generation, audio uploads, and permission for commercial use.
