4CEE Exchange is a cloud service for exchanging business documents between organizations, systems, and networks. It handles invoices, orders, order confirmations, delivery notes, and other transactional records through Peppol, email, APIs, SFTP, partner integrations, and other B2B networks. Supported formats include UBL, Peppol BIS, DICO, CII, SAP iDoc, CSV, XML, PDF, and customer-specific formats, with additional structured formats such as FacturaE, SETU, Energy eInvoice, and UN/CEFACT. The platform converts formats, including PDF to XML, XML to PDF, and UBL to Peppol BIS. Validation checks standards, business rules, and network specifications before processing or delivery. Data can be enriched through rules, configurations, and additional sources. Its Peppol Access Point supports sending, receiving, recipient lookup, routing, validation, and delivery-status monitoring. 4CEE lists ISO 27001, ISO 27017, and ISO 9001 certifications, European hosting, AVG/GDPR processing, and backup and recovery procedures.
