3D Asset creates production-ready 3D models for games, tools, visualisation and web projects. Its catalog has eight themed packs containing 1,140 placeable assets with shared scale, naming and license terms. The collection spans buildings, streets, signs, fences, greenery, surfaces, effects, roofs and walls, props, and vehicles.

Downloads include glTF 2.0 files with Draco geometry and WebP textures, plus DCC files with PNG textures for Blender, Unity and Unreal pipelines. Each model also comes with a typed React Three Fiber component. Pack downloads include an offline HTML showroom for orbiting models without a server or installation.
