The Noble Audio FoKus Artemis is a premium wireless over-ear headphone whose reported strengths are spacious presentation, clear vocal separation and impactful bass. TechRadar called its sound “spacey” and “hypnotic” after hearing it at High End Vienna; that is a reviewer’s listening impression, not a measured result or a claim that every listener will hear the same thing. The Artemis also stands out for its three different driver types in each earcup, app-based Audiodo hearing personalization, wired listening options and user-replaceable battery. Those extras come with a high price, and review coverage has reported fit and app hiccups worth weighing before buying.
What makes the FoKus Artemis different?
The Artemis is Noble Audio’s flagship hybrid wireless over-ear headphone. Each earcup combines a dynamic driver, a planar driver and a balanced armature driver. Noble assigns the dynamic driver impact and low-frequency body, the planar driver speed, openness and upper-mid clarity, and the balanced armature high-frequency precision and detail. This is the manufacturer’s design rationale; three driver technologies do not, by themselves, prove better sound.
Noble’s current product page lists Bluetooth 6.0, Qualcomm’s QCC3095 platform, LDAC, aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless, along with adjustable active noise cancellation (ANC), transparency mode and multipoint. For wired use, the headphones support USB-C audio and include a cable for the 3.5mm connection. Noble also lists seven microphones, spatial audio, an IP52 rating, and magnetically attached replaceable ear cushions. These are manufacturer specifications, not independently verified test results in the reviews cited here. Noble Audio’s FoKus Artemis product page
Codec names are not a guarantee that a particular connection will use a particular codec: the headphone and source device must support a compatible path, and settings or other device limitations may affect it. Tom’s Guide, for example, tested Bluetooth using AAC as well as USB-C audio with Qobuz. That review’s Bluetooth result should not be mistaken for a test of every codec advertised by Noble. How does the Artemis sound?
The most vivid description comes from TechRadar’s listening at High End Vienna. On Allie X’s “Black Eye,” the report notes clear, well-separated vocals, precise highs and impactful low end, and calls the presentation “spacey” and “hypnotic.” That supports the headline’s description as a subjective event impression; it is not evidence of a controlled comparison or a universal sound profile. TechRadar’s High End Vienna report
Tom’s Guide also praised the sound in its review. Its reviewer said Audiodo’s personalized EQ brightened the treble and added a sense of space. Creative Bloq likewise described vocals as clear and separated and the sound as spacious. Taken together, the reviews suggest a presentation that listeners may value for vocal definition, spatial impression and bass impact, but they do not establish how the Artemis measures or how it will sound to every listener, recording or source. What does Audiodo personalization do?
Noble describes Audiodo personalization as an app-based way to tailor the headphone’s EQ to a listener’s hearing, with settings stored on the headphones. This means the result can travel with the headphones rather than depending entirely on a listening app’s own EQ, according to the manufacturer. It is an optional sound-shaping feature, not a clinical hearing assessment or treatment.
App reliability was a concern in Tom’s Guide’s particular test. The reviewer reported that the app sometimes failed to recognize the Artemis, once identified it as another Noble product and crashed during an update. After Noble’s representative reportedly patched the iOS app, one of the reviewer’s two EQ profiles was duplicated. The sequence is specific to that review’s app and firmware experience; it does not establish that current users will encounter the same behavior. Tom’s Guide review

How comfortable are they for long sessions?
Comfort is a personal fit question, and available review comments are not identical. Creative Bloq’s reviewer reported mild aching after prolonged listening, attributing it to the snug earcups, while explicitly noting that comfort is subjective. That review gives the weight as 327g. If you are sensitive to clamping force or plan to wear headphones for long stretches, try the Artemis on if possible and check the seller’s return policy before committing. Creative Bloq review
What are the battery and maintenance claims?
Noble advertises more than 55 hours of battery life with ANC off and more than 35 hours with ANC on, plus charging in under 1.5 hours. These are the manufacturer’s estimates; the cited material does not provide an independent endurance test. Noble also specifies a user-replaceable 600mAh battery and magnetically attached replaceable cushions, which may make those components easier to maintain than parts that cannot be swapped. The product-page claim does not establish the price, availability or repair procedure for replacement parts. Noble Audio’s FoKus Artemis product page

How much do the FoKus Artemis cost?
There is no single price in the cited coverage that should be treated as universally current. Creative Bloq and TechRadar report $899 / £799; Forbes reported launch pricing of $899 / £799 / €949 in August 2026. The accessed Noble en-bg storefront showed €794.95 and listed the headphones as sold out at the time it was checked. These differences may reflect territory, timing, taxes, stock or promotions, so verify the live price and availability for your location before buying. Is the extra cost worth it?
The Artemis is easiest to justify if its particular combination of reported sound, personalization and replaceable components matters more to you than minimizing cost. A decision is more useful when it compares the same practical factors rather than relying on one reviewer’s overall verdict:

- Sound: Decide whether the reported spaciousness, vocal separation and bass impact suit your music and preferences; these are listening impressions, not a guarantee.
- ANC and comfort: Compare how well ANC works for your environment and how each model fits during a long session. The available Artemis comments flag snug fit as a possible issue, not a universal one.
- Phone and source support: Check which codecs your actual devices support and whether you intend to listen over Bluetooth, USB-C or the included 3.5mm cable.
- Software: Consider whether you will use Audiodo personalization and confirm app compatibility. One Tom’s Guide test encountered recognition and update problems, but does not establish current behavior for all users.
- Ownership details: Compare battery endurance claims, weight, replaceable battery and cushions, and local price and stock. For the Artemis, advertised endurance is Noble’s estimate rather than an independent measurement.
Tom’s Guide places the Artemis in a price neighborhood that includes the Bowers & Wilkins Px8 S2 and Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H95. Creative Bloq points to the Sennheiser HDB 630, Bose QuietComfort Ultra Gen 2 and Sony WH-1000XM6 as cheaper alternatives. Those mentions are not a controlled head-to-head comparison, so they cannot establish that the Artemis wins or loses overall. Compare current local pricing and the same criteria above before deciding. Tom’s Guide review Creative Bloq review
