Yes—but a cloud service’s ordered stream and a repeating YouTube playlist are two different things. YouTube can repeat a playlist and lets you reorder its videos. A cloud service instead plays media uploaded to that service and sends the resulting continuous broadcast to YouTube Live. Providers describe that playback as following a configured sequence, but the available information does not establish a universal guarantee for every playlist edit, restart, or session.
First, distinguish a YouTube playlist from a YouTube Live stream
A native YouTube playlist is a set of videos played in YouTube’s player. You can change its order and turn on playlist repeat. A cloud broadcast is assembled from videos uploaded to a streaming service, which then sends a live stream to YouTube using your stream key. It is not a way of controlling the order or repeat settings in YouTube’s native playlist player.
| What you want | Use | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Repeat existing YouTube videos for a viewer | YouTube playlist controls | Playlist repeat is on, rather than repeat-current-video; the playlist has the intended saved order. |
| Keep a continuous YouTube Live broadcast playing uploaded videos | A cloud streaming service that supports the workflow | The configured sequence or shuffle mode, and what happens after edits or a stream restart. |
How to repeat a YouTube playlist in its current order
Use the playlist-level repeat control, not the control that repeats only the current video. The exact label and placement vary by device; YouTube provides separate instructions for desktop, Android, and TV or gaming consoles.
Desktop
- Open the playlist and start playback.
- In the playlist box, select the Loop control to repeat the playlist.
- Check that the control has not changed to the state that repeats only the current video.
For a single video outside a playlist, YouTube’s desktop instructions say to right-click the player and choose Loop. That repeats the video, not a playlist.

Android
- Open the playlist and start playback.
- Use the Loop control in the playlist control box to repeat the playlist.
- Check its state: tapping the control again adds a “1” indicator, meaning the current video repeats within the playlist rather than the whole playlist.
For a video outside a playlist, YouTube’s Android instructions put Loop video under the video’s settings and Additional settings.
TV and gaming consoles
Use the Repeat control in the playlist controls and select the playlist repeat state rather than repeat for the currently playing video. The available controls can vary by device.

How to set and verify the video order
- Open the playlist in YouTube’s playlist management view.
- Drag a video up or down to put it in the desired position.
- Review the playlist itself after editing, then start playback and verify the visible sequence.
- Turn on playlist repeat and confirm that playback returns to the start of the playlist after its last video.
YouTube’s playlist management help distinguishes editing the playlist from temporarily reordering videos in the watch-page playlist panel. It does not fully specify persistence for every client, so if order matters, check the saved playlist rather than assuming a temporary change is permanent. YouTube also says reordering is unavailable for playlists containing only Shorts.
What an ordered cloud loop can—and cannot—promise
Cloud streaming services describe a different workflow: upload videos, arrange them in a sequence or choose shuffle where supported, provide the YouTube stream key, and send a continuous broadcast from the provider’s infrastructure. The providers’ descriptions support the idea that the outbound stream can follow a configured order; they are vendor statements, not independent proof of behavior under every edit, interruption, or restart.

Before relying on a sequence, verify which playback mode is selected and check how the service handles an edited playlist and a restarted stream. Do not assume that changing a YouTube playlist changes the uploaded media or sequence held by a separate cloud service.

StreamNeo is the first cloud option to consider for this use: it keeps uploaded videos running as a YouTube Live stream from the cloud, at any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps for one flat price per slot, and the first day is free. Upload your recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. StreamNeo says it loops the media from its cloud, so your computer does not have to stay on, and it automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream. This is a vendor-described workflow, not an independent guarantee for every edit or restart.
