Victoria Beckham’s label became more than a celebrity fashion venture through a long repositioning of both its business strategy and creative direction. The clearest measure of that shift is the group’s 2025 result: Victoria Beckham Holdings reported £129.8 million in revenue and £7.3 million in operating profit, its first operating profit since launch, according to Vogue’s 31 August 2026 report. Those figures mark a milestone, not proof that profitability is assured.
Why the celebrity label had to change
Beckham has described the gap between how she was perceived and the fashion career she was building. In an Associated Press interview in 2025, she said she had spent four years in the Spice Girls and had worked in fashion for nearly two decades, but felt people continued to define her by that earlier period. She said she had reached a point where discussing her past would no longer harm the brand.
The transition was not simply a matter of changing the label’s image. Beckham said investors urged the company to “re-strategize not just the business side of things but the creative things as well.” She described making substantial changes to fix the business and said she wanted to save it. That is her account of the restructuring, rather than an independent audit of what changed.
An earlier Business of Fashion report described sales rising 50% in 2023 while losses narrowed. Then-CEO Marie Leblanc called it “another very strong year of progress” after a successful repositioning, with the ambition of establishing Victoria Beckham as a global luxury house. The 2025 results represent a later stage in that effort, rather than evidence of a smooth or inevitable rise.

What the 2025 results show
Vogue reported the following results for Victoria Beckham Holdings’ 2025 financial year:

Revenue measures sales; it does not show whether the company made money after costs. Operating profit and EBITDA are also distinct measures, so the £12.1 million EBITDA figure should not be substituted for the £7.3 million operating profit. The reported group totals do not establish that each subsidiary or product category was independently profitable.

Companies House records that Victoria Beckham Holdings Limited filed accounts for the year to 31 December 2025 on 7 September 2026. The filing history confirms the filing date and available document, but the registry says it does not check the accuracy of information submitted. The results above are reported by Vogue from the company’s earnings statement, not independently validated by the registry.
Which products and sales channels contributed
Fashion: ready-to-wear, dresses and gowns
Vogue reported that ready-to-wear remained a strong category and that dresses and gowns were significant growth areas. It named the Katherine jacket, Alina trouser, Isabella gown and Bela dress among signature styles. The reported 32% figure describes the share of the retail business represented by dresses and gowns; it is not a profit margin or a share of total group revenue.

Beauty: growth around Foundation Drops
Lauren Edelman, CEO of Victoria Beckham Beauty, said the Foundation Drops, described as infused with skincare actives, more than doubled category sales and pointed to room for growth in skincare. That is a company executive’s account of product-level performance, not independently audited sales data.
Direct-to-consumer and wholesale
Vogue reported growth in both direct-to-consumer and wholesale. The coverage does not provide comparable channel revenue figures, so it supports the conclusion that both channels grew, but not a claim that one was larger or more profitable than the other.

What the turnaround does—and does not—prove
The 2025 operating-profit result gives the luxury-house ambition a significant commercial marker: the group combined higher reported revenue with a move from operating loss to operating profit. The earlier 2023 growth report helps show that repositioning preceded the milestone, while the reported strength in both fashion and beauty suggests that the business is not relying on a single named product alone.
But the available figures do not disclose a complete income statement by segment. Beckham said in her AP interview that fashion was profitable in its own right and that beauty was doing very well; that remains her statement, not a separately verified breakdown. Nor does a single profitable year establish that future results will remain profitable.

Vogue also reported, based on the company’s statement, double-digit sales growth in the first half of 2026. It described a New York store on Mercer Street as planned for September 2026, bringing fashion, beauty and fragrance together. Those were company-reported developments and plans at the time of Vogue’s report; the plan should not be treated as confirmation that the store opened.
