The 45W claim is a maximum advertised rating, not evidence that every connected device receives 45W at once.

Although Baseus describes charging up to four devices, its product page does not provide a complete port-by-port output table. It also does not establish that all four devices can draw 45W simultaneously. Baseus says charging may slow when several devices are connected and after a device reaches about 80%; that is manufacturer guidance, not a tested performance result.
The built-in cables are convenient if you do not want to pack separate short charging cables. The trade-off is that they are attached rather than interchangeable: if a built-in cable is not suitable for a device or becomes damaged, you may need a separate cable or another charging method.

How many devices can it charge?
Baseus says the 45W FC11 can charge up to four devices at once, citing a phone, tablet, laptop and earbuds as examples. Its exact wording is: “The Baseus EnerFill FC11 Power Bank delivers 45W high-speed charging for up to 4 devices simultaneously — phone, tablet, laptop, and earbuds, all at once.” This is the manufacturer’s product copy; it does not mean that each device receives 45W, or that the full 45W is available to each device concurrently.
Because Baseus does not publish a complete output breakdown by port in the cited listing, check the power requirements of the devices you plan to use and consult the listing or product documentation for port-sharing details. A 45W maximum may suit some phones, tablets and lower-demand USB-C devices, but the rating alone cannot confirm charging speed for a particular laptop or multi-device combination.

Is 20,000mAh enough for a trip?
Capacity is useful for comparing products, but a 20,000mAh rating does not tell you exactly how many full charges you will get. The amount of energy delivered to a device can differ from the rated battery capacity, and results depend on the devices and charging conditions. No independent usable-capacity measurement or verified charge-count test is established here, so a precise number of phone or laptop recharges would be guesswork.
Baseus’s general guidance for longer trips recommends power banks in the 20,000–30,000mAh range with 65–100W output. That is the manufacturer’s broad recommendation, not a universal requirement. Can you take the 45W FC11 on a plane?
Baseus markets this product as airline-approved and says it has CCC certification. Those are manufacturer claims; the cited product pages do not independently verify every airline’s policy or the rules in every jurisdiction. Check the requirements that apply to your route and airline before travelling rather than treating the product description as a universal guarantee.

It may suit you if
- You want a 20,000mAh power bank with two built-in USB-C cables.
- The devices you plan to charge are compatible with its USB-C or USB-A connections and 45W maximum advertised output.
