Workvivo Ltd, the Cork-headquartered company owned by Zoom, reported net profit of €25,866,283 for the financial year ended January 2026. That was up from €16.9 million a year earlier. Turnover reached €96,566,244, a 39% increase on 2025, according to the Irish Examiner’s report on the filed results.
What the latest results show
| Measure | Year ended January 2026 | Year-over-year change |
|---|---|---|
| Net profit | €25,866,283 | Up from €16.9 million |
| Turnover | €96,566,244 | Up 39% |
| Third-party turnover | Not separately stated in the report | Up 12% |
| Intercompany turnover | Not separately stated in the report | Rose by €23.79 million |
These figures are distinct: turnover is revenue, while net profit is what remained after costs and other expenses. The 39% rise applies to turnover, not profit. The Irish Examiner reported that the results were filed in the week of its 1 October 2026 story; the underlying accounts were not independently reviewed for that report.
Why did profit rise?
The company attributed its performance to more services provided to parent company Zoom and continued acquisition of major global enterprise customers. The Irish Examiner also reported that intercompany turnover rose by €23.79 million as Workvivo provided further services to Zoom, while turnover from third-party customers increased 12%. The reported increase therefore came from both internal Zoom business and external customer growth; it should not be described as entirely sales to Zoom.
The company’s financial statement, as quoted by the Irish Examiner, said: “This performance reflects the uplift in services provided to the parent company (Zoom) and continued acquisition of major global enterprise customers which is facilitated by sustained investment in product development, further reinforcing Workvivo’s position as a leading employee experience platform.”

Costs also increased
Average employment rose to 230 from 165, and payroll costs reached €39.9 million. Higher headcount costs and increased cost of sales, mainly data-centre costs, partly offset the profit growth, according to the Irish Examiner’s account of the results.
How much business did Workvivo do in the US?

Workvivo’s Cork roots and Zoom ownership
Workvivo says it was founded in Cork in 2017 by CEO John Goulding and CTO Joe Lennon. Zoom acquired the business in April 2023, according to Workvivo’s company history. The Irish Examiner put the acquisition value at €250 million and reported that Workvivo moved its Cork headquarters to City Quarter, Lapps Quay, in February 2024.
In September 2024, Workvivo announced a Cork hub and a plan to create 100 Irish jobs over three years with IDA Ireland support. That was an announced target; the announcement does not establish how many of those positions were ultimately filled. The company’s announcement quoted Goulding describing plans to expand the product to support employee engagement, culture and communications.

Why the $100m ARR figure is not the same as Irish turnover
On 26 August 2026, Workvivo announced that it had passed $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), saying the milestone was disclosed during Zoom Communications’ Q2 FY27 earnings call on 25 August. This is a separate company-announced business metric, not Workvivo Ltd’s €96.6 million turnover for the Irish financial year ended January 2026. ARR and statutory turnover differ in definition and reporting period, so the two figures should not be compared as if they measured the same thing. See Workvivo’s ARR announcement.
