Si una entrada no muestra el botón «Añadir a Apple Wallet», primero pregunta al emisor si admite pases de Wallet. Si lo admite y el código es estático, puedes intentar crear un pase desde una foto o manualmente con las herramientas de Apple; Pass2U Wallet ofrece otra vía para crear y personalizar pases. Pero una captura no sustituye una entrada con un código QR o de barras que cambia o caduca: para esa, usa el método oficial del organizador.
Comprueba primero si el emisor admite Apple Wallet
La vía más fiable es añadir el pase oficial desde la comunicación del emisor: abre el correo, la app o el sitio donde recibiste la entrada y toca «Añadir a Apple Wallet» si aparece. Si no ves esa opción, Apple recomienda consultar al comercio o a la empresa que emitió la entrada para confirmar que admite pases de Wallet (Apple Support).
Crear un pase por tu cuenta puede ayudarte a tener un código a mano, pero no convierte ese pase en una entrada emitida por el organizador ni garantiza que el recinto lo acepte. Si tienes dudas sobre la validez del formato, confirma con el emisor antes del evento.
Cuándo sirve crear un pase a partir de una foto
Apple documenta la opción de detectar un código en una foto, una captura de pantalla o con la cámara. Si el iPhone reconoce un código compatible, puede aparecer «Add Pass to Wallet»; desde ahí puedes crear el pase y completar o editar sus campos. Esta alternativa tiene sentido para un código estático que no cambia y que el emisor permite presentar de esa forma.

El límite decisivo es si el código sigue siendo válido cuando lo muestras. Apple advierte: “If you take a photo of a barcode or QR code that expires, such as a ticket for a concert, the pass won’t work.” (Apple Support: Create a pass using Siri Mode). Por tanto, no uses una foto de sustituto si el QR o código de barras se renueva, rota o caduca; abre la app o el servicio oficial en el momento de entrar.
Cómo crear un pase manualmente con Apple
Apple también describe una opción manual en Wallet: pulsa el botón para añadir una tarjeta, elige «Create a Pass» y selecciona una plantilla estándar, de membresía o de evento. Puedes introducir o editar los datos del pase, pero este proceso organiza información en Wallet; no autentica la entrada ni genera una autorización del recinto.

La guía de Apple sobre creación con Siri Mode indica que ese flujo requiere un iPhone 15 Pro o posterior compatible con Apple Intelligence, la última versión de iOS y Visual Intelligence activada. Una app de terceros puede aportar plantillas y opciones de personalización que no necesitas para un pase sencillo. Aun así, que la app permita crear un pase no demuestra que el código sea válido, que se mantenga actualizado o que un organizador lo acepte. Para entradas de eventos, la autorización y el formato admitido dependen del emisor.

Apple explica que los pases se asocian a la cuenta de Apple y que el dispositivo envía a Apple la información necesaria para mostrarlos, que puede incluir datos visibles como el número de entrada y el nombre. También indica que no puede ver los detalles de pases creados a partir de tarjetas físicas, fotos o capturas (Wallet y privacidad de Apple).

Si el pase no aparece o no lo aceptan
- Si no aparece la opción para añadirlo, consulta al emisor si admite Apple Wallet y qué formato acepta.
- Si el código se actualiza o caduca, vuelve al servicio oficial en vez de reutilizar una captura.
- Si creaste un pase manual o con Pass2U y no sabes si sirve para entrar, confirma con el organizador; la presencia del código en Wallet no acredita su validez.
