The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System released its Part 2 non-credit opening and ending videos on October 1, 2026, according to The Outerhaven. The opening, “Rewrite the Answer,” is performed by Tokoyami Towa; PompadollS performs the ending, “Contemporary Dance.” The videos pair their new songs with an opening sequence focused on Elymas and incoming adventurers, and an ending built around Ruche and her Doppellusion ability.
Who sings the Part 2 opening and ending?
Tokoyami Towa performs the opening theme, “Rewrite the Answer,” and PompadollS performs the ending theme, “Contemporary Dance.” Kodansha announced both performers on September 23, 2026, alongside four new cast members for Part 2: Kosuke Tanabe as Kelt, Tsugumi Sakuragi as Maebel, Misaki Kuno as Hilde, and Kengo Kawanishi as Carlos. Kodansha’s announcement identifies Yamanaka of THE ORAL CIGARETTES as the opening song’s producer.
Tokoyami Towa on “Rewrite the Answer”
In Kodansha’s announcement, Tokoyami Towa said she was drawn to the way Elymas turns adversity into strength. She described the opening as a cool track with driving momentum that makes use of her low register.
Gozyu Igarashi on “Contemporary Dance”
Gozyu Igarashi, vocalist of PompadollS, connected the ending to the struggle of living with traits and circumstances one did not choose. Igarashi described the song as an ungainly dance toward freedom and said the band felt honored to contribute to a work that resonated with that experience.

What happens in the creditless videos?
The October 1 release-day report from The Outerhaven describes two distinct visual approaches. “Non-credit” or “creditless” refers here to opening and ending videos presented without the usual on-screen credits; it does not mean the songs or their performers are uncredited elsewhere.
Opening: Elymas and the new adventurers
The opening begins with Elymas activating Dragonrage Deathgaze, then introduces Kelt, Maebel, Hilde, and Carlos. The report also points to Elymas and Ruche having leveled up further, with vivid colors and dynamic camerawork during the battles. The sequence sets up the story’s shift toward the adventurers and challenges awaiting the pair in Part 2.

Ending: Ruche and five Doppellusions
The ending places Ruche alone in a spotlight as her former party members turn away. Her Doppellusion ability then fills the stage with five versions of Ruche, each wearing a differently colored costume and showing a distinct expression. That stage-centered imagery gives “Contemporary Dance” a more character-focused counterpart to the opening’s action.
Where can you watch Part 2?
The release-day report said Part 2 was airing on Crunchyroll. Streaming catalogs can differ by territory, and the report did not list regional availability, so check Crunchyroll’s current local catalog for the series. The non-credit videos are promotional opening and ending videos; the source announcement does not establish a separate physical soundtrack release.

How Part 2 fits the series
The anime adapts Kodansha’s Young Magazine series by Nekoko, BroccoLee, and Jaian, with animation by GoHands. Its protagonist, Elymas Edvaughn, is exiled after manifesting the supposedly defective Heavy Knight class. After recovering memories of a past life, he recognizes the world as the VR game Magic World and sees that its mechanics make Heavy Knight more powerful than others believe.
Kodansha’s September 2026 announcement sets up Part 2 with Elymas and Ruche heading to Lacoryna, a city of adventurers, after the battle with Malice. Kodansha also says the manga series has more than 5 million copies in circulation; that is the publisher’s figure, and its announcement does not specify a measurement date or geography.
