Fiverr describes on-platform payment, secure messaging and file exchange, customer support, and seller ratings, levels, and buyer feedback as parts of its trust-and-safety offering. It also says it has anti-fraud and data-security controls and identifies itself as a Level 1 PCI-DSS service provider. Those are platform-level measures, not a guarantee that a particular seller will deliver the result you want or that every dispute will resolve in your favor.

Is Fiverr worth it for buyers?
