HONOR officially launched the Magic V3 and Magic7 Lite in Brazil on June 3, 2025, at an event in São Paulo. The suggested launch prices were R$19,999.99 for the Magic V3 (16 GB RAM, 512 GB storage) and R$4,599.99 for the Magic7 Lite (8 GB RAM, 512 GB storage reported at launch).
Those are historical launch prices, not verified August 2026 checkout prices. HONOR still lists both models in its Brazilian catalog, but buyers should confirm stock, the exact Brazilian SKU, seller, invoice and current price before paying.
Brazil launch date, prices and availability
HONOR entered Brazil in January 2025, initially announcing that its Magic phones would arrive later. The commercial launch of both the Magic V3 and Magic7 Lite took place on June 3, 2025, in São Paulo, as reported by Canaltech and UOL Guia de Compras.
| Model | Brazilian launch price | Launch configuration reported | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| HONOR Magic V3 | R$19,999.99 | 16 GB RAM, 512 GB storage, green | Premium book-style foldable |
| HONOR Magic7 Lite | R$4,599.99 | 8 GB RAM, 512 GB storage | Large-screen upper-midrange phone |
The figures above are suggested prices from June 2025, not a live August 2026 price list. HONOR’s Brazilian catalog, Magic series page, and product pages for the Magic V3 and Magic7 Lite continue to identify the models, but catalog presence does not prove current stock or a particular checkout price. The official Magic7 Lite shop listing is at HONOR Brasil.

HONOR Magic V3: what the R$19,999.99 launch price bought
Foldable design and displays
The Magic V3 is a book-style foldable with a 6.43-inch outer display and a 7.92-inch inner display. Both can run at up to 120 Hz with LTPO technology, giving the phone a conventional front screen for quick use and a tablet-like panel for documents, reading, multitasking and media.
HONOR lists the phone at 4.35 mm thick when open and 9.2 mm when folded, with a weight of approximately 226 g. HONOR and launch reports promoted its thinness, but “world’s thinnest” is not a permanent or universally defined record: comparisons can include or exclude camera bumps, hinge dimensions and later models. The measured dimensions are the useful, verifiable claim. Details are on the official technical page.

Performance, cameras and charging
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
- 5,150 mAh silicon-carbon battery.
- 66 W wired and 50 W wireless charging.
- 50 MP main camera, 50 MP periscope telephoto and 40 MP ultrawide camera.
- IPX8 water-resistance rating.
- Brazilian launch configuration reported as 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage in green.
This is flagship hardware in a very thin chassis, but the price makes the V3 a luxury productivity device rather than a general value phone. A buyer should be comfortable with the cost of an inner-display or hinge repair after warranty and with the possibility that newer foldables may offer different hardware by 2026.
Who should consider it
- People who will regularly use the large inner screen for multitasking, documents or media.
- Buyers who want flagship performance in a foldable and value an official Brazilian purchase channel.
- Owners prepared for premium insurance, accessories and potentially expensive repairs.
It is harder to justify if a conventional flagship, laptop or tablet already covers the same tasks, if camera value per real is the priority, or if financing nearly R$20,000 would create financial strain.

HONOR Magic7 Lite: battery and durability at the midrange end
Screen, processor and storage
The Magic7 Lite uses a conventional 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 2700 × 1224 resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. Its Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor is a midrange platform: suitable for everyday apps and moderate gaming, but not comparable with the Magic V3’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for demanding games or sustained workloads.
Launch coverage reported 512 GB of storage. Brazilian listings may show “RAM Turbo” or memory-expansion figures; those are virtual expansion features and should not be confused with physical RAM. Confirm the exact SKU, because one listing can advertise a different physical-memory and storage combination from another.

- 66 W wired charging.
- 108 MP main camera with optical image stabilisation.
- 189 g weight and 7.98 mm thickness.
- Official colours include Titanium Purple and Titanium Black.
HONOR claims drop resistance of up to 2 metres, a 166% improvement in overall reliability under its stated test methodology, and IP65M water resistance. These are manufacturer claims, not guarantees that every drop will be harmless or that the phone can be submerged. HONOR also warns that liquid damage is not covered by warranty and says not to charge the device while wet. The Brazilian product page provides the company’s qualification and warnings.
Who should consider it
The Magic7 Lite is aimed at buyers who value long battery life, a large high-refresh-rate AMOLED display, substantial storage and a lower purchase price. Question it if you need flagship gaming performance, advanced camera versatility or true submersion protection.

Is either phone worth buying in Brazil?
Magic V3: technically impressive, financially difficult
At launch, the Magic V3 cost R$19,999.99, a price that placed it among Brazil’s most expensive officially launched smartphones reported at that time. HONOR/DL attributed the price to the three-display experience, high-end components and Brazilian taxes; that is the company’s explanation, not an independent measure of value. June 2025 comparisons also noted that it exceeded the listed prices of some competing flagships, but those comparisons are historical and should not be treated as 2026 quotes. See TecMundo and Mobile Time.
Official Brazilian availability can reduce firmware, network-band, invoice and warranty uncertainty compared with an import. It does not eliminate the economic risk of repairing a foldable. At this price, also consider a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold, a top iPhone configuration, a conventional flagship plus tablet, or an imported foldable whose lower price may come with weaker support. Samsung’s Brazilian store is samsung.com/br; Apple’s iPhone store is apple.com/br/shop/buy-iphone.
Magic7 Lite: the more rational launch proposition
The Magic7 Lite’s R$4,599.99 launch price was far easier to justify for buyers prioritising battery capacity, screen size and storage over flagship speed. Its value in 2026 depends on the actual sale price and newer competitors. A discount can make it attractive; paying the original launch price without comparing current models is not enough evidence of a good deal.
Buying checklist: official unit or import
- Confirm the current checkout price and stock on HONOR Brazil rather than relying on a 2025 article or search snippet.
- Check whether the seller is HONOR or an authorised partner, especially on a marketplace.
- Request a Brazilian invoice and verify the model code, physical RAM, storage and colour.
- Read the local warranty and return policy. Imported phones may have different firmware, network bands, chargers, taxes and warranty coverage.
- For the Magic V3, confirm compatible case and screen-protection accessories for both displays; generic protectors may not fit.
- Do not interpret IPX8 or IP65M as immunity from liquid damage, and never charge a wet phone.
Which one should you buy?
Choose the Magic V3 only when its inner-screen multitasking and foldable design are central to your use and the ownership risk fits your budget. Choose the Magic7 Lite when battery endurance, a large 120 Hz AMOLED screen and a much lower entry price matter more than flagship performance. In August 2026, neither decision should be based solely on the June 2025 launch prices: verify the live Brazilian price, availability and warranty first.
