This is the standard QuietComfort, not the QuietComfort Ultra. The regular model is aimed at travelers and office workers who want a lightweight fit, physical controls and conventional active noise cancellation. It is a weaker choice if you need the Ultra’s newer premium features, codecs, charging or spatial-audio capabilities.
Before buying
- Confirm the model number and color-specific price on the official Bose page or an authorized retailer.
- Check whether the unit is new, open-box, refurbished or returned stock.

Best use
It makes sense for an older 4K television with a slow built-in interface, or as a simple gift with access to free and paid streaming channels. It is redundant when a television already has a fast, supported platform.
Compatibility checks
- Confirm the TV supports 4K and HDR if those features matter.
- Check Wi-Fi strength behind the television, available HDMI ports and the included power setup.
- Verify the remote version and whether Dolby Vision or Dolby Atmos support applies to that exact model.

“Google Nest” is not a product name specific enough for a purchase recommendation. A $279 price could describe a thermostat, Nest Hub Max, camera bundle, speaker bundle or another package.
