Verdict: Techjockey Enterprise is best understood as an assisted enterprise-technology sourcing service connected to the Techjockey marketplace. It can help teams discover products, shortlist vendors, arrange demonstrations, request quotes and coordinate implementation. Public information does not establish it as a complete procure-to-pay, source-to-contract or supplier-risk system. Use it as a discovery and buying layer—not as a replacement for procurement software that runs requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, invoices and spend controls.
What Techjockey Enterprise actually is
Techjockey operates a software marketplace where buyers can discover and compare products by pricing, features and specifications, using filters such as rating, supported platforms, deployment type and technology. See the general marketplace.
Its Enterprise offering adds human assistance for larger or more complex purchases. The public description covers cloud, cybersecurity, networking, virtualization, storage, infrastructure, artificial intelligence and related categories. Techjockey says it has more than 20,000 solutions across 500-plus categories, support from more than 50 experts and more than 1,000 completed projects. Those are provider-reported marketing figures, not independently audited measurements.
The practical model is marketplace plus consultation, vendor coordination and possible implementation or support assistance. It is not clearly documented as a buyer-controlled application for running an organization’s entire purchasing operation.

The stated offer includes assisted buying, quote coordination and global delivery through OEM alliances. “Global” should be verified for the countries, currencies, tax treatment and local contracting entities relevant to your organization.
Implementation and support
The page mentions implementation timelines, escalation matrices and expert assistance. Treat these as the provider’s service model, not an automatic deliverable. Request a statement of work with named resources, milestones, service levels and escalation ownership.
Is it procurement-management software?
Available public information does not establish native buyer-controlled functionality for:
- Employee purchase requisitions and configurable approvals
- Purchase-order creation and routing
- Budget enforcement and spend analytics
- Supplier onboarding or supplier-risk scoring
- Contract lifecycle management
- Invoice capture, approval and three-way matching
- Catalog punch-out, ERP integration, audit logs or segregation-of-duties controls

Techjockey separately lists products designed for that second job. Its TYASuite Procurement to Pay listing describes access control, receipt entry, invoices, payment options, purchase requisitions and purchase orders. A Coupa listing is also presented as procurement software. These listings should not be confused with the Enterprise sourcing service.

Before signing, ask who issues the invoice, who owns the contract, who handles data protection, who provides first-line support, what happens at renewal and how a failed implementation or vendor switch is handled. Techjockey’s service agreement states that software rights and intellectual property belong to the OEM and describes quotes as best-effort commercial offers, reinforcing the need to separate marketplace assistance from software ownership.
Pricing and commercial transparency
Enterprise service pricing is presented through inquiry and call-request forms rather than a public subscription schedule. Individual marketplace listings vary: some show a starting or configurable amount, while others say “price on request.” A listing is not the same as a standardized Enterprise fee.
For example, the TYASuite listing displayed a calculated starting amount of ₹1,250, exclusive of taxes, as listed; the user count, configuration, billing period and plan conditions require confirmation. The Coupa listing uses quote-based pricing. Neither figure establishes the cost of Techjockey Enterprise assistance.

Require every quote to state:
- License metric, edition, users, features, storage and API limits
- Implementation, migration, integration, training and premium-support charges
- Taxes, currency, minimum commitment and payment schedule
- Renewal date, increase cap and cancellation or refund terms
- Service credits, support hours and response targets
- Costs of switching vendors or exporting data
“Best price” should not be interpreted as lowest total cost unless equivalent license scope, support, implementation, taxes and renewal terms are compared with a direct quote.
Ratings, reviews and catalog quality
Techjockey says ratings are based on reviews from people who have used or currently use the relevant solution. That is a first-party description of its review approach. Check review count, verification, recency and whether comments apply to the exact product edition and region you are buying.
A vendor-level display such as “Microsoft 4.5 based on all products” is not an independent benchmark for a particular Microsoft enterprise product. A large catalog also does not prove that every listing has current pricing, validated integrations, comparable implementation estimates or independent customer references.

- Discovery: relevant vendor breadth, current metadata, ability to include outside vendors and customer references.
- Commercial value: net license cost, implementation, support, renewals, taxes, minimums and switching cost.
- Technical fit: integrations, APIs, identity, residency, deployment, scalability, migration and interoperability.
- Governance: contracting entity, data protection, security evidence, audit rights, SLA, continuity and exit.
- Workflow fit: whether you need discovery, RFQ help, negotiation, or a full internal procurement system.
- Service quality: response times, shortlist relevance, demo coordination, incentive transparency and post-sale accountability.
Keep the scorecard, competing quotes and approval record with the procurement file. This prevents a convenient introduction from being mistaken for independent validation.
Bottom line
Techjockey Enterprise has a credible use case as an assisted marketplace for discovering enterprise technology, comparing options, arranging vendor meetings and coordinating quotes. It may save time for organizations without specialist sourcing capacity. Its public description does not show that it replaces procure-to-pay, source-to-contract, supplier-risk, accounts-payable or license-management software.
