Overview

WREX pairs a global property marketplace with software for agents and brokerages managing leads, listings, and transactions. It suits professionals who want marketplace exposure alongside a broader set of operational tools. The combination is useful, but agents should weigh the 12-month contract against a stated restriction on storing sensitive personal information.

Agents can list residential, commercial, and development properties. WREX says its AI matching connects agents with buyers and sellers worldwide, while sales tracking uses APIs linked to property services including Rightmove, Zoopla, Realtor, Zillow, and Trulia. Completed-sale payments are handled through an invoice system using Xero and Stripe.

The product was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in London, United Kingdom. For more options in this category, browse Real Estate Marketplace Software.

Key features

Agent workflows

Lead generation, referral management, lead routing, a real estate CRM, and transaction management cover work from prospecting through closing. Back-office automation and performance reporting add administrative and oversight tools. This breadth may appeal to offices looking to bring several workflows together; the available feature set alone does not establish whether it can replace every tool a particular team uses.

Marketplace and sales tracking

The marketplace supports residential, commercial, and development listings, while listing syndication and sales tracking extend the service’s role beyond a basic CRM. WREX says APIs link sales tracking to services including Rightmove, Zoopla, Realtor, Zillow, and Trulia. Requested integrations can be connected when an API allows it; named examples include Salesforce, HubSpot, Reapit, Xero, Stripe, QuickBooks, and AWS. That flexibility is useful for teams with existing systems, but depends on API availability.

Security and support

Data and document encryption apply at all levels, and Enterprise includes enterprise-grade cloud security. WREX advertises 24/7 technical support. Its privacy policy says WREX Tech Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office for data protection purposes. However, the SaaS agreement says the system is not for other similarly sensitive personal information and places risks from using such information on customers. That limitation deserves particular attention from agents handling client records.

Pricing

WREX has a free plan, paid plans from $19.99/mo, and a 14-day trial. The trial length is useful for evaluating a paid option, but the contract terms make it important to consider longer-term fit before signing.

Free — 0.00 USD per free. For buyers and sellers, with free property listings. The plan has a one-listing limit and one agent seat, so it is a narrow starting point rather than a substantial agent-team package.
Individual — 19.99 USD per month. Covers 1–4 agent/broker licenses and is described as single user. It is the entry paid tier for an individual professional, though the one-seat limit matters for anyone expecting multiple agents to work under the same plan.
Business — 149.00 USD per month. Includes 5–10 team licenses, per office + user. This is the stated step up for a team, at a much higher monthly price than Individual.
Enterprise — custom pricing. Includes unlimited users and offices. It is the tier for larger organizations that need that scale, with no published price to compare against the lower plans.

All levels include encryption, and lead routing, listing syndication, and payment collection are listed as available. The pricing FAQ says contracts run for 12 months and renew for another 12 months unless either party gives written cancellation within 30 days of renewal. That renewal window and the long commitment can outweigh the short trial for buyers who need flexibility.

Platforms

WREX is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Its pricing FAQ says the platform works across work computers, home laptops, iPads, and mobile devices, supporting access across common work settings.

Who it's for

WREX is strongest for agents and brokerages that want a property marketplace alongside lead, referral, transaction, and sales-tracking workflows. Free listings provide a no-cost route for buyers and sellers, while Individual and Business address solo and team license needs. It is a less suitable choice for organizations that require flexible short-term contracts or need to store highly sensitive personal information in the system.

Pros and cons

Pro: Marketplace listings span residential, commercial, and development properties, giving agents more than a residential-only listing use case.
Pro: Lead management, CRM, transaction tools, reporting, and sales tracking bring a broad set of agent workflows into one platform.
Pro: Android, iOS, and web access supports use across mobile and desktop devices.
Con: The 12-month contract renews for another year unless written cancellation is given within 30 days of renewal, limiting flexibility.
Con: The agreement warns against using the system for similarly sensitive personal information, a material constraint for client-data workflows.
Con: The Free plan’s one-listing and one-seat caps limit its usefulness for active multi-agent operations.

Alternatives

For a free marketplace option, Zoocasa offers free access on Android, iOS, and web without a free-trial requirement. Choose it when a free marketplace is the priority over WREX’s paid agent-workflow plans.

ConnectLinx is worth considering when API and web access are the fit: its free plan includes one agent user, one active listing, and up to four units or spaces, while its Agent plan is 59.00 USD per month for two agent users and four active listings.

Openfront Law Firm offers a free self-deploy plan with full source code access, so it may suit readers seeking that deployment and source-access model instead.

PadMapper is another free option for readers who want a web, iOS, and Android product. Frontstead Kit is free on the web, while Myly and OneCasa offer freemium web options. RSMS is a paid alternative available on Android, iOS, and web.

Verdict

Choose WREX if you are an agent or brokerage seeking a marketplace plus a wide set of lead, listing, sales, and transaction workflows. Its breadth and mobile and web access are the main reasons to consider it. Look elsewhere if a 12-month renewal cycle or the restriction on sensitive personal information conflicts with your requirements.
