Overview

Warmerly is an email deliverability service for people and teams warming several mailboxes while keeping an eye on sending-domain checks. It is most compelling for agencies that need separate client workspaces, or sales teams coordinating many senders. Choose it for the combination of warmup, daily checks and campaign capacity; look elsewhere if you need a free plan without a tight sending quota.

Key features

Warmup uses threaded conversations, quoted replies and natural delays, and automatically rescues warmup messages that land in spam. A private network and custom schedules give teams control over how mailbox warmup is organized. These capabilities address common warmup workflow needs, but the free plan’s campaign-email allowance is only 100 per month, so it is better for a small trial than ongoing high-volume use.

InboxPulse checks SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and TLS daily for connected mailboxes. That makes recurring checks useful for teams managing multiple senders, rather than relying on occasional manual reviews. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connect through OAuth; other providers can connect over IMAP and SMTP, including Zoho and Namecheap Private Email.

Warmerly also offers LinkedIn warmup and outreach, plus WhatsApp messaging. LinkedIn is priced separately at $50/month per account, which can raise costs quickly for teams using multiple accounts. Growth includes two WhatsApp accounts and Agency includes eight; those inclusions matter if WhatsApp is part of a team’s workflow.

Warmerly says mailbox credentials and OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and requests use TLS 1.2 or higher. It says it is hosted in the European Union, with primary databases in Hetzner facilities in Falkenstein and Helsinki and backups in the same region. It acts as processor for customer data and controller for account information, and offers paid-plan customers a signed Data Processing Addendum. The operator is Kristiyan Tsvetanov, a UK-based sole trader; the founder answers support tickets, and security inquiries receive a response within one business day.

Pricing

Warmerly has a free plan, paid monthly plans and a 7-day trial. Paid plans state that email sending is unlimited and unmetered, but quotas for leads, email checks and lookups still vary by tier.

Plan	Price	What it includes
Free	0.00 USD per free	1 own email account, 100 campaign emails/month, 500 leads per campaign, 250 email checks/month, 50 email lookups/month and a free mailbox to warm.
Starter	19.00 USD per month, billed monthly	5 email accounts, 5 concurrent campaigns, 2,500 leads per campaign, 5,000 email checks/month and 1,000 email lookups/month.
Growth	49.00 USD per month, billed monthly	25 email accounts, 25 concurrent campaigns, 25,000 leads per campaign, 25,000 email checks/month, 10,000 email lookups/month and 2 WhatsApp accounts.
Agency	179.00 USD per month, billed monthly	100 email accounts, unlimited campaigns, 100,000 leads per campaign, 150,000 email checks/month, 100,000 email lookups/month, 8 WhatsApp accounts, separate client workspaces and API access.

Free is a sensible way to warm one account and try the workflow, but 100 campaign emails per month is a small allowance. Starter suits a small team that needs several senders and a modest number of concurrent campaigns. Growth adds room for 25 accounts and campaigns, much larger lead and checking quotas, and WhatsApp accounts. Agency is aimed at agencies or larger operations that need client separation, API access and high quotas; it is the only stated tier with unlimited campaigns. LinkedIn remains a separate $50/month per account whichever plan is chosen.

The stated plan prices do not give an annual billing option. A signed Data Processing Addendum is offered for paid plans, not the free plan.

Platforms

Warmerly is available on Android, through an API and on the web. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailbox connections use OAuth; IMAP and SMTP support other providers.

Who it's for

Warmerly is aimed at agencies, sales teams, telecom companies, lead-generation businesses, founders, SDRs and recruiters. Its strongest fit is a team managing several mailboxes that values daily authentication and connection checks alongside warmup. A single sender with limited campaign needs may be adequately served by Free, but its sending cap makes it a poor fit for sustained campaign use.

Pros and cons

Pros: Daily SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and TLS checks give connected mailboxes recurring deliverability oversight.
Pros: OAuth for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, plus IMAP and SMTP connections, covers several common mailbox setups.
Pros: Agency separates client workspaces and includes API access, alongside 100 accounts and unlimited campaigns.
Cons: Free permits just 100 campaign emails per month, limiting its use beyond evaluation or very small workloads.
Cons: LinkedIn costs an additional $50/month per account, so teams using that channel must budget separately.
Cons: The monthly plan prices and usage quotas require choosing a tier around account, campaign, checking and lookup needs; unlimited email sending does not mean unlimited checks or lookups.

Verdict

Warmerly is a good choice for agencies and sales teams that want mailbox warmup, daily deliverability checks and room to manage multiple senders in one service. Agency’s client workspaces and API access make the clearest case for the higher price, while the free tier offers a constrained way to start. Choose another tool if you need a larger no-cost campaign allowance or want LinkedIn included in the plan price.
