Overview

Shipper TMS manages a move from order creation through payment, using electronic documents and real-time tracking. Carrier TMS and the Driver App handle loads, eBOLs, inspections, billing, and reporting. That split makes the platform relevant to both sides of an auto-transport operation; a single driver can start free, but growing teams should weigh per-seat charges and the features Lite leaves out.

Key features

Carrier tools combine load management with electronic bills of lading, inspections, billing, reporting, and GPS tracking. Map-based schedule views and live location tracking help dispatchers follow vehicle moves, but Lite excludes GPS tracking and advanced reporting. Shippers get order-to-payment management, electronic documentation, and real-time tracking. SuperProtect is a paid Shipper TMS add-on that surfaces carrier risk signals using account activity, FMCSA data, platform behavior, and historical context.

Integrations include REST APIs, EDI with OpenText, Glovis, and ICL Systems, Zapier, and QuickBooks Online or Desktop. API access is subscription-based and can automate loads, drivers, statuses, and operational data synchronization, so it is a separate cost consideration for teams that depend on those connections. Super Dispatch completes an annual SOC 2 Type II audit with an independent AICPA-accredited evaluator, and encrypts data in transit and stored data with AES-256.

Pricing

Carrier TMS Lite is free and includes the Driver App, a limited Carrier TMS dashboard, and Super Loadboard. It is a sensible starting point for a solo driver or small owner-operator, but the exclusions are material: no advanced reporting, automated invoicing, GPS tracking, or integrations.

Carrier Pro starts at $55/month per seat, with the first seat at $55/month and each additional seat at $50/month. Seat-based pricing makes the cost predictable for a small team, but it rises as more staff need access. Carrier Pro includes priority phone, email, or chat support from 7 am to 7 pm CT.

Shipper Pro starts at $159/month and includes two seats; each additional seat costs $79/month. Monthly VIN limits vary by tier, and overage fees may apply, so shippers should match the tier to their vehicle volume rather than judging the entry price alone. Personalized virtual onboarding with a dedicated specialist is included. SuperProtect is an additional paid add-on. The product offers a free trial, but its length and terms are not established here.

Platforms

Super Dispatch supports Android, iOS, web, APIs, and an extension. The Driver App is available on Android and iOS, giving drivers a mobile option alongside the web-based workflows.

Who it's for

Shipper Pro is designed for shippers, brokers, dealers, auctions, and fleet leasing businesses. Carrier TMS Lite suits solo drivers or small owner-operators who can work without the excluded automation and tracking; Carrier Pro is the better fit when a carrier needs those tools and multiple seats. Businesses outside vehicle transport, or teams requiring Lite-level access to integrations and GPS tracking, should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pro: Separate shipper and carrier workflows cover vehicle moves from order creation through payment and driver-side load handling.
Pro: The free Lite plan includes the Driver App and Super Loadboard, offering a no-cost entry point for a solo operator.
Pro: Integrations span accounting, automation, EDI, and API workflows, while security includes annual SOC 2 Type II audits and AES-256 encryption for stored data.
Con: Lite excludes GPS tracking, automated invoicing, advanced reporting, and integrations, limiting its usefulness for more automated operations.
Con: Carrier Pro charges by seat, and Shipper Pro has tiered monthly VIN limits with possible overage fees.
Con: API access and SuperProtect are subscription-based or paid add-ons rather than included capabilities.

Alternatives

Numeo is worth considering for a lower-cost dispatch option: its Spot Free plan is free forever for one seat and one MC connection, while Spot Pro is $9.99/month billed annually. Axon Software is another paid option with a free trial. For broader TMS needs, Alvys starts at $514/month based on monthly loads and includes unlimited users, business divisions, and 120+ integrations. Ditat offers a paid TMS with pricing by contacting sales and a personalized demo. Transflo Mobile+ ELD may suit fleets or brokers that can use authorization through a Fleet or Broker ID; premium add-ons are available. McLeod Software Transportation Management offers LoadMaster, PowerBroker, LoadMaster LTL, and DocumentPower solutions. Infinity Trucker and Trimble Freight Marketplace are other paid alternatives.

Verdict

Super Dispatch is a strong fit for auto-transport businesses that need coordinated shipper and carrier workflows, especially solo drivers who can begin with Lite or shippers who benefit from order-to-payment management and tracking. Its main advantage is the breadth of vehicle-move tools across both sides of a shipment; its main drawback is that useful capabilities sit behind per-seat pricing, VIN limits, and paid add-ons. Choose it when those workflows match your operation, and compare alternatives if you need a different transport focus or want to avoid those limits.
