SimplyE vs Ubook
Both stand on audiobook apps. Which one you can start free with, which one lets you read the code, and what each costs once you pay.
SimplyE offered library patrons a single place to browse and borrow e-books and supported audiobooks, with reading and accessibility adjustments. It retired in August 2025, so readers seeking an available e-reader should look elsewhere.
Visit SimplyEChoose Ubook if you want a large digital catalog with reading, listening, offline downloads, and access across mobile and web. The 30-day trial lets you try unlimited reading and listening before accepting a subscription offer. Look elsewhere if you require DRM-free downloads, or if content availability in your location or marketplace does not fit your needs.
