Overview

WP ERP, made by weDevs, brings HRM, CRM, Accounting, project management and frontend solutions into a single WordPress environment. Its open-source model and self-hosted option appeal to organisations that want control over deployment, while web, Android and iOS support cover browser and mobile access. It is a broad operational suite rather than a narrowly focused CRM or payroll product.

Key features

Human resources

The HR module handles employee profiles, leave requests, attendance, reports, recruitment, training, payroll, expenses and asset management. That range can replace several basic personnel workflows, but the paid plans are where HR extensions begin, so the free core is better for establishing records and processes than for a fully extended HR setup.

CRM and sales

CRM functions include contacts, filtering, email, meetings, calls, tasks, segments and workflow automation. A visual sales pipeline and marketing automation make it more useful for active sales teams than a simple address book. Growth adds CRM extensions, workflow automation, WooCommerce integration and contact sync; integrations or synchronisation are also offered for Zendesk, Help Scout, Salesforce, Awesome Support, Mailchimp, HubSpot and Gravity Forms.

Accounting and operations

Accounting covers customers, vendors, sales, expenses, bank accounts, invoices, payments, reports and sales tax. PayPal and Stripe support suits businesses collecting online payments. Inventory and CRM integrations arrive in Scale, so organisations needing those capabilities must budget beyond the lower paid tiers. WP ERP also advertises AI features and a mobile app, with the mobile app included in Scale.

Pricing

Free Forever is free, billed free forever, with unlimited users, the HRM Core Module, CRM Core Module and Advanced Accounting. It is the strongest option for small teams willing to stay with core functionality and WordPress deployment.

Starter costs 15.00 USD per month or 160.00 USD per year. Each version includes one user, HRM extensions and priority email support; additional users cost $2 per month or $24 per year. The annual price is lower for a year-long commitment, but a one-seat allowance can become expensive for a growing department.

Growth costs 29.00 USD per month or 304.00 USD per year and includes three users, with extra seats at $2 per month or $24 per year. It adds the Starter features plus CRM extensions, workflow automation, WooCommerce integration and contact sync. This is the sensible paid tier for a small sales operation that needs connected commerce workflows.

Scale costs 55.00 USD per month or 567.00 USD per year, includes 10 users and charges $2 per month or $24 per year for each additional user. It adds Accounting, PayPal and Stripe, inventory, CRM integrations and the mobile app. Choose it when finance and mobile access matter; otherwise its higher base cost is difficult to justify.

Enterprise uses custom pricing. The monthly offer includes unlimited users, the full suite, a dedicated account manager and custom integrations. Paid plans include priority email support, while Scale also lists live chat and onboarding; WP ERP advertises 24x7 support. There is no standard free trial, although a seven-day Pro demonstration requires email verification. Purchases qualify for a full refund within 14 days if the plugin does not meet the buyer’s needs.

Platforms

WP ERP runs on the web and as self-hosted software, with Android and iOS apps. That combination suits WordPress administrators who need control over hosting plus mobile access for staff, especially on Scale.

Who it's for

Choose it for a small or midsize business that already uses WordPress and wants HR, CRM and accounting in one ecosystem. The unlimited-user free plan is particularly attractive for broad internal adoption. Look elsewhere if you require a conventional trial without verification, or if your team size makes per-user add-ons costly.

Pros and cons

Pros: Unlimited users on the free plan; unusually broad HR, CRM and accounting coverage; open-source and self-hosted deployment; WooCommerce and major service integrations; PayPal and Stripe support.
Cons: HR extensions start in paid plans; inventory, CRM integrations and the mobile app require Scale; paid tiers include few seats and charge for extras; no standard free trial.

Alternatives

For a wider comparison, browse ERP Software, CRM Software and HR Software.

Odoo CRM is the better pick if you want a one-app free plan with unlimited users and broad platform coverage.
SuiteCRM suits organisations prioritising self-hosted infrastructure control and a free trial.
Frappe CRM is worth choosing when a low-cost hosted site or server plan and a free trial are priorities.
YetiForce is an alternative open-source CRM with paid user and storage allowances.
Wukong CRM offers an open-source CRM with a 14-day trial.
Group-Office provides a community edition with unlimited users and a free trial for its paid edition.
EspoCRM is another open-source CRM option with a three-user minimum on its Basic plan.
Codext CRM is a free self-hosted choice with unlimited users and organisations.

Verdict

WP ERP is a strong fit for WordPress-based small and midsize businesses that want one open-source suite for people, customers and accounts, especially if unlimited free users matter. Its main drawback is the paid seat model and the need to reach Scale for inventory, integrations and mobile access, so teams with larger headcounts or narrowly focused CRM needs should compare alternatives first.
