Overview

Made by Rezi, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea, the product combines resume creation with AI writing and job-targeting tools. ATS-compatible formatting is applied as users write, making the builder a practical choice for applicants who want formatting and content work in one place. It is less compelling for someone who needs only a single document and few revisions.

Key features

Formatting and scoring: ATS-compatible formatting is applied during writing, while Rezi Score assesses resume sections and suggests improvements. This gives applicants a useful revision framework, though a score cannot replace judgment about what accurately represents their experience.
Job-description targeting: AI Keyword Targeting scans a vacancy description for keywords missing from a resume. It can focus tailoring work on a particular role, but candidates should only use terms that reflect their real qualifications.
Career-document tools: AI tools support resume writing and editing, summaries, cover letters, and resignation letters. Rezi also lists interview practice and job search tools, extending its scope beyond document drafting.
Import, exports, and integrations: Resume import is supported. Paid plans include PDF and Microsoft Word downloads and Google Drive export. Rezi also offers a Chrome extension for autofilling job applications and a Resume MCP for managing resumes in LLMs; the extension is free.
Privacy and security: Users can permanently delete their data by closing their account from the dashboard, and Rezi says it does not sell private personal information. The company site displays an AICPA SOC 2 Certified badge. Support is available at support@rezi.io.

Pricing

Rezi uses a freemium model. The free plan costs $0 and allows one resume, one AI interview, three PDF downloads, and Standard Format templates. That is enough to create and assess a basic application, but the download cap can become a constraint during a sustained job search.

Pro costs $29 per month and adds unlimited resumes, AI interviews, and PDF downloads, all templates, and a free monthly review. It is the straightforward fit for job seekers tailoring multiple applications or exporting regularly. The free plan gives up those higher quotas, the full template selection, and the monthly review.

Lifetime is priced at $149 per month in the plan listing, with a one-time payment for permanent access to Pro features, unlimited resumes, full AI tools, and unlimited downloads. Despite the monthly price label, the stated billing term is one-time; that makes the amount a substantial upfront purchase for someone seeking permanent access.

Enterprise costs $99 per month per 200 users and includes everything in Pro plus SSO, webhooks, and team roles. It is aimed at universities, agencies, and career sites serving job seekers rather than individual applicants. The listed plans establish no need for extra seats on personal subscriptions.

Platforms

Rezi is available on the web, iOS, and as an extension. Its Chrome extension can autofill job applications and is free to use.

Who it's for

Rezi is best suited to job seekers who expect to revise resumes for several openings and want both section-level feedback and prompts drawn from each job description. Its document-writing tools also suit applicants who want to prepare cover letters and related career documents in the same product. People who need a single resume with only a few downloads may find the free plan sufficient; those who need more exports or templates will need Pro. Organizations serving job seekers can consider Enterprise for its team roles and SSO.

Pros and cons

Pro: Resume scoring and job-description keyword targeting give applicants distinct prompts for improving and tailoring drafts.
Pro: Resume, cover-letter, summary, and resignation-letter tools cover several common career-document needs.
Pro: The free tier provides a way to build a resume before paying, and the Chrome autofill extension is free.
Con: One resume and three PDF downloads on the free plan limit its usefulness for repeated applications and exports.
Con: Pro costs $29 per month, so applicants who need only occasional document edits may not benefit enough from the additional quotas and tools.
Con: The Lifetime plan requires a $149 one-time payment, a significant upfront commitment for an individual job seeker.

Verdict

Choose Rezi if you are actively applying and want resume scoring, role-specific keyword prompts, and career-document tools together. Its clearest advantage is focused support for tailoring drafts; its main drawback is the free plan’s tight export cap and the $29 monthly cost of Pro. Occasional users with one document may be better served by the free tier or a simpler alternative.
