Overview

RegFox is an event registration and ticketing service for organizers who need to manage sign-ups as well as event-day logistics. Its range reaches beyond registration forms, but per-registration charges apply even to free events on its no-monthly-cost plans.

It suits organizers who want registration, attendee communication, check-in, and exhibitor tools in one service. The main trade-off is cost predictability: the right plan depends on how many paid and free registrations an event draws.

Key features

Registration and event operations

RegFox combines registration forms and ticketing with onsite check-in and an attendee app. That breadth can help organizers coordinate sign-up and event-day activity in one place; exhibitor tools extend its appeal to events managing exhibitor needs as well as attendees.

Attendee communication

Attendee email and event email tools add a direct communication channel, alongside the app. The published plan descriptions do not distinguish which tiers include these capabilities, so the clearest tier differences are their registration fees.

Pricing

RegFox has two $0/month plans, billed monthly, and a Professional plan at $499/month, billed annually. The free plans still charge per registration, including for free events; Professional has a substantial fixed commitment in addition to per-registration fees.

Plan	Price and registration fees	Best fit
Standard	$0/month, billed monthly. Paid registrations: $0.99 + 1%, capped at $4.99 per registrant. Free events: $0.99 per registrant.	Organizers prioritizing the lowest stated fee for free-event registrations, and willing to accept its paid-event fee structure.
Premium	$0/month, billed monthly. Paid registrations: $1.99 + 1%, capped at $5.99 per registrant. Free events: $1.99 per registrant.	Organizers who prefer a no-monthly-cost option and can justify higher per-registration fees; it costs more than Standard for both free and paid registrations.
Professional	$499/month, billed annually. Paid registrations: $1.99 + 1%, capped at $5.99 per registrant. Free events: $0.99 per registrant.	Organizers prepared to commit to annual billing who want the stated lower free-event fee than Premium. Its paid-registration fee matches Premium, so the monthly price needs to make sense for the event's scale.

Standard has the lowest stated fee for paid registrations and free events among the three plans. Premium charges more per registrant than Standard, with the same monthly price, and Professional keeps Premium's paid-event fee while charging $499/month billed annually. No registration-volume caps are stated; the paid-event caps are fee caps per registrant, not limits on registrations.

Platforms

RegFox is available on web, iOS, and Android, giving organizers and attendees access across browser and mobile platforms.

Who it's for

RegFox is a plausible fit for event organizers who want forms, ticketing, check-in, attendee communications, and exhibitor tools together. Standard is the most cost-conscious choice by stated registration fees; Professional may suit organizers with enough activity to warrant its annual commitment. It is less compelling for small or free events where per-registration charges outweigh the value of its broader event operations.

Pros and cons

Pros: Registration, ticketing, onsite check-in, attendee app, email tools, and exhibitor tools cover more of event operations than sign-up alone.
Pros: Standard has no monthly charge and the lowest listed per-registration fees, including a lower free-event fee than Premium.
Cons: The $0/month plans still charge for free-event registrations, so hosting a free event does not eliminate processing costs.
Cons: Professional costs $499/month billed annually while retaining Premium's paid-registration fee, making the fixed commitment important to weigh.
Cons: Premium has the same $0/month price as Standard but higher fees for both paid and free registrations.

Verdict

RegFox is best for organizers who want registration, ticketing, event-day tools, attendee communication, and exhibitor support in one service. Standard is the clearest starting point for fee-conscious buyers, but its charges on free-event registrations matter. Look elsewhere if free tickets without ticketing fees are essential, or if Professional's $499/month annual commitment does not suit your event volume.
