Overview

Recruitly is recruiting software for teams that need applicant tracking alongside candidate outreach and job-board distribution. Its free tier suits a small hiring operation testing core workflows; paid plans scale from a one-user setup to unlimited users and quotas. The main trade-off is choosing a plan around several separate caps, not just the number of seats.

Key features

Recruitly combines a career site, resume parsing, interview scheduling and workflow automation with job-board distribution. That breadth makes it relevant to teams that want candidate management and recruiting workflows in one product, rather than only a job-posting tool. Outreach campaigns are also capped by plan, so teams running sustained sourcing or engagement should compare those allowances with their expected volume.

Quota limits vary substantially: Free allows 200 contacts, 1,000 candidates, five jobs and two outreach campaigns; Solo raises those to 5,000 contacts, 10,000 candidates, 25 jobs and 10 campaigns; Professional allows 25,000 contacts, 50,000 candidates, 100 jobs and 50 campaigns. Enterprise removes the stated caps on contacts, candidates, jobs and campaigns. API call limits likewise rise from 100 per day on Free to 1,000 on Solo and 10,000 on Professional, then become unlimited on Enterprise.

Pricing

Recruitly uses a freemium model, with paid plans starting at $25/user/mo. Prices below are billed monthly.

Free — free: 200 contacts, 1,000 candidates, five jobs, up to five users, 100 API calls per day and two outreach campaigns. It is a useful no-cost starting point, but the five-job cap and small contact and campaign allowances constrain ongoing recruiting.
Solo — 25.00 USD per month: 5,000 contacts, 10,000 candidates, 25 jobs, one user, 1,000 API calls per day and 10 outreach campaigns. It suits an individual recruiter who has outgrown Free; unlike the free plan, it is limited to one user.
Professional — 80.00 USD per month: 25,000 contacts, 50,000 candidates, 100 jobs, unlimited users, 10,000 API calls per day and 50 outreach campaigns. This is the more practical tier for a shared team, with room for substantially greater hiring activity.
Enterprise — 120.00 USD per month: unlimited contacts, candidates, jobs, users, API calls and outreach campaigns. It is the clearest fit for high-volume teams that would otherwise have to monitor multiple quotas.

The free tier includes up to five users, more than Solo’s single seat, but has much lower activity caps. Teams comparing plans should weigh seats alongside jobs, contacts, candidates, API calls and campaigns.

Platforms

Recruitly supports web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android, giving teams desktop and mobile access across major operating systems.

Who it's for

Recruitly is best suited to recruiters and hiring teams that need a career site, resume parsing, interview scheduling, automation and job-board distribution, with plan limits that can scale as activity grows. Solo fits an individual recruiter; Professional is the more natural choice when multiple users need access. Teams needing more than 25 jobs or 10 campaigns but still working alone may find Solo's seat limit restrictive, while smaller teams may not need Professional's unlimited-user allowance.

Pros and cons

Pros: The free tier includes five jobs and up to five users, offering a credible starting point for a small team.
Pros: Professional combines unlimited users with allowances of 100 jobs and 50 outreach campaigns, making it a clear step up for collaborative recruiting.
Pros: Enterprise removes caps across the listed recruiting quotas, avoiding the need to manage separate limits at higher volumes.
Cons: Solo costs 25.00 USD per month but allows only one user, so a small team must choose Free's tighter quotas or a more expensive multi-user tier.
Cons: Free's 200 contacts, five jobs and two campaigns may be restrictive for a business with regular hiring needs.
