Overview

Pic-Time combines gallery delivery and print sales in a platform built for working photographers and videographers. It suits businesses that want to present client work and handle print orders in one place; its clearest trade-off is that storage and presentation tools vary substantially by plan.

Key features

Client galleries and print sales

Client galleries sit at the center of the service, alongside a print store that supports online payments, automatic fulfillment and album building through more than 30 global labs. That gives photographers a route from delivery to print sales without managing fulfillment separately. Private galleries can be restricted to invited people, or to people invited by the main client, using secure links and optional access codes.

The Free plan provides basic design tools and sales automations. Beginner adds custom branding, while Professional and Advanced include premium galleries and a premium print store. The higher tiers are better suited to businesses that need more polished client presentation; Free is a more limited starting point.

Mobile and website tools

The mobile app supports gallery creation, photo and video uploads, AI search and sharing branded galleries from a phone. All plans include the app, a portfolio page and 24/7 support. Photographers can get account help through in-account LiveChat or email. StyleCloud can import gallery images into WordPress sites, and Pic-Time Blogs can be embedded on websites with slideshows, videos and GIFs.

Integrations, limits and privacy

Integrations include Iris Works, Light Blue, Studio Ninja, Octoa, HoneyBook, VSCO Workspace, Lightroom, Zapier, Imagen and Wedding Workflows. The Uploader accepts photos up to 100MB and 12000x10000 pixels. Video clips can be up to 3 minutes and 3GB; featured videos can reach 90 minutes and 20GB.

Pic-Time says data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers in the EU, US and Australia, with encryption by default at rest and in transit. Its privacy policy references GDPR, CCPA and Israeli privacy law, and identifies Pic-Time Ltd. as the data controller.

Pricing

Pic-Time has a free plan and a 30-day trial. Paid plans start at 7.00 USD per month billed annually; monthly billing is also offered at the prices shown below. All plans include the mobile app, 24/7 support and a portfolio page.

Plan	Price	Storage and features	Best fit
Free	0.00 USD per free	10GB photo storage, reduced to 3GB after 6 months; 1GB video storage; client galleries, print store, basic design tools and sales automations	Photographers exploring gallery delivery and print sales with modest storage needs.
Beginner	7.00 USD per month billed annually or $8 monthly	20GB photo storage; 5GB video storage; client galleries, print store, custom branding and chat support	Smaller businesses ready to brand galleries and move beyond the free storage allowance.
Professional	21.00 USD per month billed annually or $25 Monthly	100GB photo storage; 30GB video storage; premium galleries and print store, slideshows, blogs, vendor network and smart image search	Studios that need more room and richer client presentation tools.
Advanced	42.00 USD per month billed annually or $50 Monthly	Unlimited storage; 60GB video storage; premium galleries and print store, slideshows, blogs, smart search for clients and multi-brand ($6/Mo per additional brand)	Businesses managing multiple brands or large photo libraries.

Free's photo storage drops sharply after six months, so it is a trial ground rather than a durable archive for a growing business. Beginner raises the photo allowance but still caps video at 5GB. Professional brings presentation features and 100GB of photos; Advanced removes the photo-storage ceiling, though video remains capped at 60GB. Annual billing lowers the stated monthly prices, while monthly prices are higher.

Platforms

Pic-Time is available on Android, iOS, macOS, web and Windows.

Who it's for

Pic-Time is a strong match for photographers and videographers who want branded client galleries connected to print fulfillment, particularly when sales automation and album building matter. It is less suitable for anyone seeking generous free storage over time, or a low-cost plan with the higher-tier presentation features.

Pros and cons

Print fulfillment is built into gallery delivery: online payments, automatic fulfillment, album building and connections to more than 30 labs support a direct sales workflow.
Useful mobile workflow: photographers can create galleries, upload media, search with AI and share branded galleries from a phone, and the app comes with every plan.
Free storage shrinks: the 10GB photo allowance becomes 3GB after six months, limiting its usefulness for ongoing client work.
Key presentation tools cost more: premium galleries, slideshows and blogs start at Professional, while multi-brand support is an Advanced add-on.

Alternatives

Zno is another freemium option with a free start and support for Android, iOS, macOS, web and Windows.
Lightfolio may suit users seeking unlimited galleries, with its Lite plan offering 30 GB photo storage and 3 GB video storage.
Picflow is worth considering for collaborative workflows: its free plan includes unlimited galleries and collaborators, one seat, 2 GB storage and 50 workflow credits.
CloudSpot offers a free plan with 5 GB storage and up to three client galleries, but limits downloads to 2048px and accepts JPEG only.
Pixieset Website is a free website-focused option with 15 pages, 100 photos and five blog posts.
Pelli offers a free plan capped at three galleries and 1 GB storage.
Photivo is another freemium option.
PhotoGlacier offers a free plan with 5 GB storage, up to three published galleries and one video per gallery.

Browse Photo Proofing Software or Photo Sharing Software for more options in those categories.

Verdict

Choose Pic-Time if your photography business needs client galleries that can also drive lab-fulfilled print sales, with mobile tools and a path to richer presentation features. Look elsewhere if shrinking free storage or the cost of Professional and Advanced makes the storage and presentation limits a poor fit.
