Overview

The platform brings policy monitoring, documentation, benchmarking analysis and optimization into a single product family. Its modules address operational transfer pricing, country-by-country reporting, intercompany agreements and transfer pricing documentation. That breadth can suit teams coordinating several connected compliance tasks, though buyers will need to identify which modules fit their workflows.

Key features

Documentation and benchmarking

Transfer Pricing Documenter supports comparable searches and the preparation and centralization of local-file and master-file documentation. Benchmarking draws on more than 2 million curated public and private company records, while step-by-step analysis helps assess whether related-party transactions meet the arm’s-length standard. Regulatory information covers revenue authorities and OECD Guidelines. This combination is useful for teams that need supporting analysis alongside documentation workflows, rather than documentation alone.

Reporting and agreements

BEPS Action Manager supports country-by-country reporting through data collection, risk analytics and filing with local authorities. The Intercompany Agreements module adds reusable templates, e-signatures, alerts, signature tracking, dashboards and document management. These are practical controls for teams managing reporting and agreement processes across multiple parties; organizations needing only one of those workflows may not need the full range.

Operational monitoring

Operational Transfer Pricing monitors and adjusts prices during the year to keep them aligned with policy. It can consolidate data from ERPs and other sources regardless of source or location, then support flexible reporting, forecasting, transaction monitoring and scenario exploration. Audit trails record who changed what and when. Thomson Reuters says the module can process millions of SKU-level transactions in minutes, a stated scale that may matter to large, transaction-heavy businesses.

Collaboration and support

Transfer Pricing Documenter is a cloud-based collaborative web platform accessible from anywhere, with real-time collaboration for colleagues around the globe. Optional professional support is available alongside Documenter. Refinitiv Fundamentals is identified as applicable third-party terms; buyers should account for that in their evaluation.

Pricing

ONESOURCE Transfer Pricing is paid, with custom pricing. Thomson Reuters invites prospective customers to request product information or a demonstration. No trial is offered. The modular scope means prospective buyers should establish which components and support they need when discussing pricing; there is no published plan or price comparison to guide a smaller purchase.

Platforms

The product is available on the web. Its cloud-based Documenter supports access from anywhere, while the operational module is described as able to consolidate data across sources and locations.

Who it's for

This is best suited to multinational corporations and tax professionals responsible for global transfer pricing compliance and reporting. Teams that need documentation, country reporting, agreements and operational monitoring under one product family have the strongest reason to consider it. A buyer seeking a narrowly scoped tool or a known upfront price has less reason to start here.

Pros and cons

Pros: Covers documentation, country-by-country reporting, agreements and operational monitoring, giving global teams a broad set of related workflows.
Pros: Benchmarking includes access to more than 2 million curated public and private company records, alongside comparable searches and arm’s-length analysis.
Pros: Data-source-agnostic operational monitoring and audit trails support organizations consolidating activity across systems while retaining change traceability.
Cons: Custom pricing and no trial make it harder for buyers to assess cost or evaluate the product independently before engaging Thomson Reuters.
Cons: Its modular breadth may be unnecessary for teams that need only one transfer pricing workflow.
