Overview

Weekdone is a goal-setting and team reporting platform for organizations that want regular updates connected to company objectives. It suits SMBs that need goals, weekly execution, and employee feedback in one workflow. Its breadth is compelling, but the free plan’s three-user ceiling makes it best for a small team or a limited evaluation.

Annual and quarterly OKRs can span company, department, team, and personal levels, with KPI and metric tracking. Weekly Plans, Progress, and Problems check-ins connect those goals to current work, giving managers a recurring view of progress and blockers. Teams that do not need a structured reporting cadence may find that workflow more process than they want.

Key features

Goals and reporting

Weekdone supports annual and quarterly OKRs, plus KPI and metric tracking, across organizational levels. Milestones, advanced progress views, and scheduled goal reviews help teams follow objectives over time rather than treat them as one-off planning exercises. Dashboards cover OKRs, KPIs, and weekly progress; automated email reports and exportable custom reports provide additional ways to share updates.

Weekly check-ins and feedback

Teams report Plans, Progress, and Problems through customizable forms, tasks, reminders, and calendar views. That format makes it easier to establish a common update routine, but it depends on people keeping up with regular check-ins. Pulse surveys, five-point satisfaction ratings, private and public feedback, recognition, and one-on-one discussions add a people-focused layer beyond tracking delivery.

Integrations and access

Integrations include Microsoft Teams, Slack, Jira, Asana, Basecamp, Google Tasks, Google Sheets, and Zapier. The REST API returns JSON and uses OAuth 2.0, making it relevant to teams connecting Weekdone with other systems. Chrome and Firefox add-ons open and update weekly report forms from the browser toolbar. Mobile apps support goals, weekly plans, and team updates on the go.

Security and data

Weekdone says it uses HTTPS and SSH encrypted communications, firewalls, and a high-security data center, while acknowledging that no method can guarantee protection from every threat. It states that it is GDPR compliant, stores data in the EU, and can provide a DPA on request.

Pricing

The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and includes full features for up to 3 users, with live chat and OKR coaching/support. That is a generous feature set for a small team, but the seat cap is restrictive for the SMBs Weekdone targets; teams beyond three users need to consider another plan.

A 14-day free trial is offered. The available plan information gives no paid price, so larger teams should expect custom pricing. The pricing page lists live chat, onboarding, team training, webinars, quarterly OKR reviews, and unlimited customized coaching sessions as support offerings.

Platforms

Weekdone is available on web, Android, iOS, and Windows, with an API and browser extensions. Its iPhone and iPad apps are intended for keeping up with goals, plans, and team updates away from a desktop.

Who it's for

Weekdone describes itself as built for SMBs and ideal for organizations with 10 to 1,000 employees. Its cascading OKRs, reporting, feedback, and coaching support suit companies that want a formal goal-review rhythm. The free tier is better suited to a very small group; larger organizations should assess custom pricing and whether the recurring check-in model fits their culture.

Pros and cons

Pros: Goals span company to individual levels, with KPI tracking, milestones, advanced progress views, and scheduled reviews.
Pros: Weekly reporting, feedback, recognition, and one-on-ones bring execution and team sentiment into a single workflow.
Pros: The free plan includes full features and support for up to 3 users, making it useful for a small team exploring the approach.
Cons: The free plan’s three-seat limit is a significant constraint for a product aimed at organizations of 10 to 1,000 employees.
Cons: A weekly reporting cadence requires consistent participation, which may be unnecessary overhead for teams seeking lightweight goal tracking.
Cons: Larger teams must request custom pricing rather than compare a published paid rate.

Alternatives

Choose Devokr if a free plan for up to 10 users, five teams, and unlimited OKRs is a better fit than Weekdone’s three-user free tier. Perdoo is worth considering for a free plan covering up to five users with Strategy Maps, OKR and KPI tracking, meetings, Slack and Teams integration, and an AI Assistant and Coach. For a browser-only option, Axiean offers a free plan for up to three users with 20,000 AI tokens per month and core OKR tracking and execution.

Effortbox is another free OKR-management option. Operately offers a free plan for up to 10 users with 10 GB storage and all core features. ROKR has a free plan for five users and one team, with goals, key results, check-ins, and 5,000 API calls per month. Futureworks is a paid alternative with annual EUR pricing by user band. Rhythm Systems is another option for readers comparing goal and execution software.

Verdict

Weekdone is a strong fit for SMBs that want company objectives, weekly accountability, and employee feedback tied together, particularly when OKR reviews and coaching matter. Its main drawback is the small free-plan cap and custom pricing for larger teams. Choose it for a structured, broad goal-management workflow; look elsewhere if you need a larger free tier or a published paid price.
