Overview

Noxus combines process intelligence with AI Co-workers that carry out operational workflows across business systems. It suits enterprises managing complaints, documents, and tickets across multiple systems; smaller teams may find the paid entry point difficult to justify.

Its strongest case is the combination of end-to-end task execution, human review, and flexible deployment. The trade-off is a tightly capped free tier and a paid plan starting at £1,500 per month.

Key features

Noxus Co-workers are designed to follow standard operating procedures, process documents, enforce policy, and complete tasks in legacy systems, including those without APIs. That makes the platform relevant when work crosses tools instead of staying inside one application. For invoice operations, it supports omnichannel capture, validation rules, approval workflows, duplicate detection, and three-way matching. These are useful controls, though Noxus is a broader operations platform rather than a dedicated accounts-payable product.

Teams can review and approve cases alongside AI Co-workers in their existing inbox, a valuable check for workflows with exceptions or consequential decisions. Work can arrive through email, chat, SMS, voice, or API. Noxus names Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, SAP/Oracle, and Microsoft 365 among its integrations, and its catalog covers 30+ external services, including Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, GitHub, and Jira.

Builders have visual flows, agents, and knowledge bases, plus a visual browser platform, Python SDK, REST API, and plugin extensions. Security features include single sign-on and audit trails, with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance advertised by the maker. Deployment options span AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or customer infrastructure; self-hosting can use public cloud, private data centers, or air-gapped environments, including virtual machines and Kubernetes. EU/UK data residency and secure private connections are also offered. This range is a strong fit for organizations with specific infrastructure or residency needs, though it may be more flexibility than a small team needs.

Pricing

Test is free at 0.00 USD per free. Its roughly 100 monthly resolutions (1,000 AI operations), one workspace, two concurrent Co-workers, limited integrations, and 50 MB knowledge base make it a way to assess a small workflow, not a broad operational rollout. There is no overage charge. Support is self-serve and chat.

Adopt costs 1500.00 GBP per month, billed monthly. It includes roughly 1,900 resolutions (19,000 AI operations), three workspaces, up to five concurrent Co-workers, around 400 integrations, and 200 GB of knowledge-base storage. Extra operations cost £0.08 each, so usage beyond the included volume can raise the bill. A kickoff call, guided implementation, and chat support make this the more practical entry point for a team moving beyond evaluation.

Scale has custom pricing, billed monthly. It offers custom AI-operation volume, unlimited workspaces and concurrent Co-workers, custom storage, the SDK and plugin system, and a dedicated implementation team. It is the plan for larger deployments needing capacity and implementation tailored to their needs, but it does not provide a published fixed price.

Platforms

Noxus is available through web, API, and self-hosted deployments. Its options include major public clouds, customer infrastructure, private data centers, and air-gapped environments, giving security- and residency-conscious organizations deployment choices beyond a standard hosted service.

Who it's for

Noxus is best for enterprises automating document, complaint, ticket, or invoice work across multiple systems, especially when legacy software, human approvals, or infrastructure controls are part of the workflow. The free tier can accommodate a small evaluation, but the limited quota and integrations constrain ongoing use. Teams with modest automation needs or a preference for a narrowly focused invoice product may be better served elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pros: Co-workers can execute multi-step work across systems, including legacy software without APIs, rather than stopping at document capture.
Pros: Human review and approvals are built into the case workflow, which helps keep people involved where exceptions require judgment.
Pros: Visual builders, developer interfaces, and self-hosting options suit teams with different implementation and infrastructure requirements.
Cons: Test is capped at about 100 resolutions per month, with limited integrations and just 50 MB of knowledge-base storage.
Cons: Adopt starts at 1500.00 GBP per month and charges £0.08 per extra operation, a substantial commitment for teams with uncertain volume.
Cons: Noxus covers broad operations workflows; organizations seeking only accounts-payable automation may not need its wider platform.

Alternatives

Verdict

Choose Noxus if your enterprise needs AI execution across varied operational systems, with human review and deployment controls in the same platform. Its breadth is the main reason to adopt it; the £1,500 monthly starting price, operation allowance, and extra-operation charges are the main reasons to look elsewhere if your needs are smaller or narrowly focused on accounts payable.
