Overview

Revenue projections look three months ahead, using six months of history, a three-month moving average, trend analysis and open opportunities weighted by their stage-specific chance of closing. Totals update as deals move through the pipeline. High and low bounds widen for later months, making uncertainty visible rather than presenting each month as equally predictable.

Placement estimates also cover three months, separating contract and permanent placements and drawing on pipeline stages and historical win rates. Users can set monthly, quarterly or yearly targets for revenue, placements or pipeline value, for an individual or the company. Forecast data refreshes in real time, and Wizard Application is the supported CRM.

Key features

Forecasts and targets

Combining revenue and placement forecasts is useful for recruitment agencies and other businesses that need to track both commercial performance and hiring outcomes. Stage-weighted opportunities and historical win rates give the projections a defined basis, while confidence bands communicate that estimates become less certain further out. These are forecasts, not guarantees; their usefulness depends on the pipeline and historical activity represented in Wizard Application.

Targets across revenue, placements and pipeline value can be set at either individual or company level. That supports both personal accountability and business-wide tracking without limiting targets to a single time period.

Integrations, AI and security

Listed integrations include Xero, Stripe and PayPal, as well as GitHub, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. Wizard AI can use the maker’s OpenAI connection, drawing on wallet credits, or a customer’s account with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure, Mistral, Groq or OpenRouter. The range of AI-provider options may suit teams that want to use an existing provider account.

The maker says data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2+, with daily backups, yearly third-party penetration tests and multi-factor authentication. Wizard Application is Cyber Essentials certified and is working toward ISO 27001 certification and a SOC 2 Type II audit.

Pricing

The Starter plan is free indefinitely and does not require a credit card, but its limits are tight: 10 AI credits and 10 bookings per month, 25 candidates, 10 companies, 5 invoices per month, 5 jobs, 1 GB of storage and other caps. It includes the first user; each additional user costs $9.99/month. Starter is suitable for trying the broader application at small scale, but it does not include Forecasts.

Standard costs £99/mo or £990/year and provides 100 AI credits per month, 30 bookings, 100 candidates and companies, 50 invoices per month, 100 jobs and 5 GB of storage. Content items are unlimited, but documents are capped at 25, court bundles at five and password vault entries at 50. The first user is included; each additional user costs $9.99/month. This is a substantial step up from Starter, but Forecasts remain a Professional feature.

Professional costs £299/mo or £2990/year. It includes 500 AI credits per month, unlimited bookings, candidates, companies, content items, invoices and jobs, plus unlimited documents, 10 court bundles, 50 GB of storage and Forecasts. It also includes 100k API requests/month. The first user is included, with additional users at $9.99/month. This is the plan to choose for the forecasting functions, though the extra cost only makes sense if its higher limits and other included capacity suit the business.

Enterprise has custom pricing, 2,000 AI credits, unlimited court bundles, documents and password vault entries, 500 GB of storage, custom API limits and user seats, and SSO/SAML. It also adds 24/7 phone support; the plan is aimed at organizations needing tailored capacity and support rather than a published fixed price.

Paid plans have a 7-day free trial with full feature access. Every plan includes in-app support, typically responding within 24 hours. Prices and additional-user fees use different currencies in the plan terms, so teams should account for that when comparing total costs.

Platforms

Wizard Application is available on web, iOS and Android, as well as through an API and an extension. The maker says its mobile apps support push notifications and synchronization. That gives users mobile access, though the forecasting feature itself is still tied to the Professional plan.

Who it's for

The product is positioned for SMEs and growing businesses, including recruitment agencies, law firms, consultancies, software companies and startups. It is most compelling for a business that uses Wizard Application and needs both revenue and placement forecasts with targets at individual and company level. It is a weaker fit for teams that need forecasting on a free or Standard plan, or that rely on a different CRM.

Pros and cons

Pros: Revenue and contract/permanent placement forecasts sit together, giving recruitment-led businesses a view across both measures.
Pros: High and low bounds, stage-weighted pipeline and historical win rates make the forecast basis more explicit than a single unqualified estimate.
Pros: Targets can cover three measures, multiple time periods and both individual and company rollups.
Cons: Forecasts require Professional at £299/mo or £2990/year, so Starter and Standard users cannot use the central forecasting feature.
Cons: Starter’s monthly credits, bookings, invoices and storage caps constrain the free plan for sustained business use.
Cons: Additional users cost $9.99/month on Starter, Standard and Professional, which affects the total cost for teams.

Verdict

Wizard AI Forecasts is a good fit for growing businesses, especially recruitment agencies, that already use Wizard Application and want revenue and placement projections with shared target-setting. Its combined forecasts and visible confidence ranges are the main reasons to choose it. Look elsewhere if Forecasts at the Professional price point, the Wizard Application CRM requirement or additional-user charges do not fit your needs.
