Overview

Rather than stopping at opens and clicks, OptiKratos ties campaign activity to contact histories and CRM deals, including pipeline stage and revenue contribution. That makes it a stronger fit when marketing performance is judged by its influence on sales than when a team needs only standalone email reporting. Email sits within the broader OptiKratos platform, which is aimed at revenue teams combining CRM, WhatsApp, marketing automation and AI sales agents.

The service is cloud SaaS only, with no on-premise or self-hosted option. The product page describes it as SOC 2 certified and GDPR ready, and advertises dedicated onboarding. Email is unified with CRM and WhatsApp; marketplace integrations include Mailchimp, Zapier and Make.

Key features

Campaign reporting covers real-time opens, clicks, click-through rate, bounces and unsubscribes. Teams can compare results across campaigns, segments and send times, which helps identify where performance differs without explaining the cause on its own.

Revenue attribution connects email engagement to CRM deals and shows the associated pipeline stage and revenue contribution. A contact record can also show a timeline of emails received, opened or clicked. Together, these views help sales and marketing teams follow interactions into deal progress rather than treating engagement as the end result.

Deliverability reporting includes bounce rate, spam complaint rate and list health metrics, giving teams a way to monitor list quality alongside campaign response. The custom report builder lets users combine selected metrics, but advanced beta features may change, so teams that depend on a stable reporting setup should account for that uncertainty.

Pricing

A free tier costs 0.00 USD per free and allows 15,000 emails/month. It offers a meaningful sending allowance, but the plan information does not describe analytics depth or team capacity, so it is difficult to judge whether it will support a reporting workflow beyond basic use.

Starter costs 41.00 USD per month, billed annually, with a stated saving of $96/user/yr. It includes 5K contacts, one channel (email or WhatsApp), 20 marketing campaigns, five team members and basic analytics. It is the lowest-cost paid entry for small teams, but the five-member cap and basic reporting leave less room for larger teams or deeper analysis.

Growth costs 74.00 USD per month, billed annually, with a stated saving of $180/user/yr. It raises the contact allowance to 25K and team limit to 25, adds WhatsApp Business API and marketing automation, and includes advanced analytics and A/B testing. This is the more suitable tier for teams that need automation and campaign experimentation, though it costs more and still has a contact cap.

Scale costs 124.00 USD per month, billed annually, with a stated saving of $300/user/yr. It adds unlimited contacts and team members, custom analytics reports, SSO (SAML) and a 99.9% uptime SLA. It best fits larger organizations that need those controls and capacity; its custom reports are among the advanced features that may change during beta. Enterprise has custom pricing and includes custom integrations, data residency options, a custom SLA, a dedicated CSM, and custom contract and invoicing.

A 14-day trial is available. The annual billing terms and per-user savings matter when comparing paid tiers; no renewal terms are stated.

Platforms

OptiKratos Email is available on web and through an API. It is cloud-only, so organizations requiring self-hosted deployment should look elsewhere.

Who it's for

Choose it if your team wants to evaluate email activity in the context of CRM contacts, pipeline stages and revenue contribution, especially as part of a broader OptiKratos setup. It is less compelling for teams that need only email metrics, or that require an on-premise service or fixed, mature custom reporting.

Pros and cons

Pros

Connects campaign engagement to CRM deals, stages and revenue, giving revenue teams a view beyond opens and clicks.
Contact email timelines and deliverability metrics add useful context for understanding interaction history and list health.
Growth adds automation and A/B testing, while Scale removes contact and team-member caps and includes an uptime SLA.

Cons

Cloud SaaS only rules it out for teams that require on-premise or self-hosted deployment.
Starter limits teams to five members and one channel, while Growth caps contacts at 25K.
Advanced beta features, including custom reports, may change, making them a less certain foundation for fixed reporting processes.

Alternatives

Singular is an alternative for teams interested in a freemium option billed per conversion, with a free plan covering 15,000 paid conversions and Android, iOS, web and API support.

AnyTrack may suit teams that want a free analytics option with a stated allowance of 5,000 sessions per month, one website, one ad platform integration and one conversion source.

Bluey Email is worth considering for email marketers looking for a freemium email service whose free plan includes forms, popups, one automation and one landing page.

Mailmunch may be a better fit for teams focused on forms, popups and landing pages, with basic analytics and one welcome email in its free plan.

SegmentFlow.ai offers a free plan with a hard cap of 2,500 emails per month, which may suit teams with modest sending needs and a strict free-plan ceiling.

Sendlens is another alternative.

Visisto may appeal to teams seeking a free plan that includes 15,000 email sends per month alongside widgets and automations.

Windsor.ai is another alternative.

Verdict

OptiKratos Email is a strong candidate for revenue teams that want email reporting tied directly to CRM contacts and deal outcomes, with deliverability metrics in the same product. Its main reason to choose is that campaign performance can be read against pipeline contribution; look elsewhere if you need self-hosting, standalone email analytics or dependable custom reports that are not subject to beta changes.
