Overview

Perdoo is strategy-execution software for organizations that need to connect company direction with measurable goals and performance routines. It best suits teams using OKRs and KPIs together, especially those that want progress updates drawn from their existing apps. Its free tier is unusually usable for a small group, but private goals sit behind the highest plan.

Key features

Progress and connected apps

Perdoo can pull goal progress from connected apps and generate status reports automatically. It connects with thousands of services, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Salesforce, Power BI, and HRIS tools. This can cut manual reporting for teams whose work already lives in those systems. Integration tiers differ by plan, however: Premium includes Premium Integrations and Supreme includes Supreme Integrations, so the free tier should not be assumed to include every connection.

Goal planning and AI

The platform combines strategy, OKRs, KPIs, and performance routines, with goal alignment, one-on-ones, and review cycles. Its AI Assistant drafts Strategic Pillars, OKRs, KPIs, and Initiatives for company, team, or individual goals. That gives teams a starting structure, rather than deciding their priorities or measures for them. Perdoo can also connect to Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor, Gemini, and other MCP-ready clients.

API, security, and support

The GraphQL API can create or update OKRs, Initiatives, and KPIs, and retrieve goal data for reports and dashboards. That makes it a practical option for teams building their own reporting workflows. Perdoo states that it is SOC 2 certified and GDPR compliant; customer data is stored in AWS data centers in Frankfurt, Germany, and traffic and stored databases are encrypted. Paid subscriptions include online OKR 101 training and in-app chat support. Customers buying at least 50 user licenses also receive three hours of expert coaching.

Perdoo has iOS and Android apps and a web platform, and is available in Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish. Its platform breadth and language range suit distributed teams, though private OKRs and KPIs are reserved for Supreme.

Pricing

Perdoo has a free plan and paid plans. The free tier costs 0.00 USD per free for up to 5 users and includes Strategy Maps, OKR and KPI tracking, meetings, Slack and Teams integration, and the AI Assistant and Coach. For a small team establishing a shared goal process, that is a meaningful starting point; it does not provide private OKRs or KPIs.

Premium costs 9.00 USD per month, billed per user/month. It adds dashboards, SSO and SCIM, Premium Integrations, and the API and MCP server. This is the step up for teams that need stronger reporting, identity management, or programmatic access, but it still does not unlock private goals.

Supreme costs 11.00 USD per month, billed per user/month. It adds Board Views, Custom Dashboards, Supreme Integrations, and view-only licenses; it is also the only version with private OKRs and KPIs. Choose it when goal confidentiality or those higher-tier tools are essential. The free plan is capped at five users, and paid subscriptions include training and in-app chat support. A free trial is available.

Platforms

Perdoo supports web, iOS, Android, and API access. The GraphQL API supports creating and updating OKRs, Initiatives, and KPIs, as well as retrieving goal data for dashboards and reports.

Who it's for

Perdoo is a good fit for organizations that want strategy, OKRs, KPIs, and recurring performance routines in one system, and for teams that can benefit from progress flowing in from connected work apps. The five-user free plan is suitable for a small group trying that approach. It is a weaker fit for teams that require private goals but cannot justify Supreme, or those seeking only a simple standalone goal list.

Pros and cons

Pros: The free plan covers five users and includes both OKR and KPI tracking, meetings, Strategy Maps, and AI tools.
Pros: Connected-app progress and automatic status reports can reduce manual updates across teams.
Pros: GraphQL API access and MCP connections support custom reporting and AI-client workflows.
Cons: Private OKRs and KPIs require Supreme, even though the free plan supports goal tracking.
Cons: Premium and Supreme have different integration tiers, so plan selection affects which connections a team can use.
Cons: Premium and Supreme are billed per user/month, making their cost rise with team size.

Alternatives

Consider Cascade if a free account for up to two users with basic access control is enough; its Enterprise plan uses a custom strategy model and advanced metrics. Choose BSC Designer for a free, web-and-API scorecard tool if two users and limits of five scorecards and 36 goals and indicators per scorecard suit your needs; it has no free trial.

DO.Impact Core is an alternative for someone seeking a self-hosted option: its free offer is a seven-day, one-person sandbox with no AI assistant or saved data. StrategyBlocks may suit teams considering a web-based strategy tool with a free trial; its trial includes five subscriptions, a live online demonstration, email support, and software updates.

For a paid option with Android, iOS, web, and API platforms, consider Planview AdaptiveWork; pricing is available by contacting an account executive. Corporater Operational Risk Management is another paid option, with pricing available on request. i-nexus offers a free plan and a Standard plan at 28.00 USD per month billed per user, with unlimited Cards, Workbooks, and Worksheets. Rhythm Systems is a paid alternative whose price and service plan are set out in a Letter of Engagement.

Verdict

Perdoo is a strong choice for organizations that want strategy, OKRs, KPIs, connected-app progress, and performance routines under one roof, with a useful free tier for up to five people. Its decisive drawback is the private-goal restriction: teams that need confidential OKRs or KPIs must move to Supreme, so smaller budgets or simpler goal-tracking needs may be better served elsewhere.
