Journal - From Me vs WriteDiary
Both stand on journaling software. Which one you can start free with, which one lets you read the code, and what each costs once you pay.
Pick Journal - From Me if you want an Apple-platform journal with guided prompts, flexible writing modes and local storage. The core experience is free; the monthly plan costs 0.99 USD for Guided Journal and Yesterday, Through You, so consider whether those features warrant the subscription.
Visit Journal - From MeWriteDiary offers a free way to keep searchable diary entries across web and Android, with offline writing on Android and plain-text export. Consider its one-diary and no-photo limits, and note that its policy does not claim end-to-end encryption for diary content.
