Overview

Jointly connects the work of preparing an offer with the administration that follows it. Guided smart webforms help users draft offers, flag potential errors, and attach required documents and addenda. Entered information generates contracts and addenda that can be sent to clients for signature, keeping preparation and signing in the same workflow.

After an offer is created, users can compare offers, assign tasks through checklists, track deadlines on timelines, receive reminders, synchronize calendars, share client portals, and store documents. The platform also supports lease transactions and describes tenant-screening tools powered by TransUnion. MLS imports can prepopulate listing and contract information, although current availability is limited to select MLS listings in Texas and Arizona. That makes Jointly considerably more compelling for professionals in those markets than for practices operating elsewhere.

Key features

Guided offers and compliance

Smart forms provide structure for offer creation rather than leaving users to assemble paperwork manually. Error flags and automatic inclusion of required documents can help reduce omissions, while document templates, compliance checklists, and approval workflows support repeatable brokerage processes.

Signatures and records

Clients can sign contracts and addenda securely on any device. An audit trail records each step, giving teams a clearer transaction history than a collection of disconnected email attachments. The mobile-friendly interface is usable from any device, which suits agents moving between offices, showings, and clients.

Coordination and integrations

Deadline automation, reminders, calendar synchronization, portals, and document storage address the operational side of a deal. Business adds Follow Up Boss integration. Enterprise adds API access, custom integrations, and custom workflows, making those tiers more relevant to organizations that need Jointly connected to an existing technology stack.

Pricing

Starter costs $9.00 USD per month after seven free deals, and is intended for single agents. It includes the core Starter feature set and is a sensible way to handle occasional transactions, though the free allowance is capped at seven deals and ongoing use becomes paid.

Pro costs $49.00 USD per month and includes Starter features for high-performing agents. It removes the Starter price point but does not list additional capabilities in the plan information, so its value depends on transaction volume rather than a clearly stated feature expansion.

Business costs $249.00 USD per month, supports up to five users, and offers discounted rates for additional users. It is the practical choice for a small team that needs shared access and Follow Up Boss integration, but the jump from Pro is substantial.

Association uses custom pricing for associations and their members. Enterprise also uses custom pricing for large organizations and adds API access, custom workflows, and custom integrations. Phone, email, and chat support are provided 24/7 across the service.

Platforms

Jointly runs on the web and has Android and iOS apps. Its mobile-friendly interface supports device changes, while MLS functionality remains tied to supported Texas and Arizona listings.

Who it's for

Single agents can start with seven free deals, and active agents can move to Pro when a recurring monthly plan makes sense. Business fits teams of up to five users; associations and large organizations should evaluate the Association or Enterprise sales routes. Transaction coordinators and property managers may benefit from the checklists, deadlines, portals, document storage, and lease support. Professionals outside the supported MLS regions should look elsewhere unless their work does not depend on MLS prepopulation.

Pros and cons

Pros

One connected workflow: Guided offers, generated contracts, e-signatures, and transaction tracking reduce the need to move a deal between separate systems.
Strong process controls: Checklists, deadline automation, approval workflows, reminders, and an audit trail support accountable team operations.
Flexible organizational tiers: Business supports five users, while Enterprise provides APIs and custom workflows.
Lease capability: Lease transactions and TransUnion-powered tenant screening broaden its use beyond sales.

Cons

Restricted MLS reach: Select Texas and Arizona listings are currently supported, limiting the value of MLS-driven workflows in other regions.
Sharp pricing step-up: After seven free Starter deals, plans rise to $49 per month for Pro and $249 per month for Business.
Unclear Pro differentiation: Pro includes Starter features, but no additional capabilities are identified in the plan description.
Regional data handling: Personal information may be processed in the user's region, the United States, and other countries where Jointly or its providers operate.

Alternatives

Choose AFrame instead if you want a freemium option with managed agents, branded client portals, milestone reminders, and reporting across Android, iOS, web, and API access.

dotloop is a better fit for individual agents seeking up to 10 free transactions or unlimited transactions for $34.99 per month on Premium.

Pick BrokerageBox for a free web platform combining transaction, commission, cash-flow, billing, and payment management.

Brokermint suits brokerages that need accounting, agent billing, ACH payments, onboarding, CRM integration, or API access.

Consider Lone Wolf Transact when you want a paid transaction product obtained through zipForm or CREA, with Authentisign as an additional-fee add-on.

Paperless Pipeline is preferable for month-to-month pricing of $69.00 per month covering up to five new transactions, unlimited users, and unlimited storage.

Choose Backhouse for a $79.00-per-seat monthly option with 500 AI tasks per seat and no feature gates.

DocuSign eSignature is the narrower choice when sending, signing, and managing agreements is the primary requirement.

Verdict

Jointly is a strong regional choice for agents and organizations that want guided offer drafting, signatures, compliance controls, and transaction coordination together. Start with Starter if seven free deals cover your activity; choose Business or Enterprise when shared users, integrations, or custom workflows justify the cost. Look elsewhere if your market is outside its supported Texas and Arizona MLS coverage or if you need a lower ongoing price after the free allowance.
