Overview

Jobin searches a worldwide pool of more than 2.5 billion contacts with AI filters and scoring. Recruiters can also use its Chrome extension to source in bulk from LinkedIn profiles, groups, posts, events, and first-degree connections. Candidate ranking, profile summaries, scoring, and shortlisting extend the workflow beyond discovery.

A waterfall contact finder draws on more than 20 providers to find and enrich details. Together, these tools make Jobin a broader prospecting workflow than a standalone database; teams that only need applicant tracking or occasional contact lookups may not benefit from that breadth.

Key features

Sourcing and screening: AI search and bulk LinkedIn sourcing help teams build candidate pools, while rankings and summaries support review. These capabilities are most useful when recruiters handle multiple roles or substantial sourcing volume.
Outreach: Personalized sequences span LinkedIn and email; Scale adds SMS. This gives teams a route from prospecting to follow-up, but the free tier limits multi-channel automation.
Enrichment: The 20-plus-provider waterfall can broaden contact discovery. The Free plan's 30 enrichment credits, however, are a small allowance for recurring use.
Workflow connections: API, webhooks, and MCP access support connected workflows. BroadBean integration distributes job posts to more than 7,000 job boards. Users can create candidate meetings in connected Google or Microsoft calendars.
Security and privacy: Jobin says it uses Google Cloud Platform data centres in the EU, with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and audit trails. It acts as a GDPR data processor and provides tools for access, correction, deletion, and portability under controller direction.

Pricing

Jobin offers a free plan, a 7-day trial, and paid plans. The entry price is $8.99 per user per month, while the plan details below show several different seat prices and quotas; compare the intended module and usage level before choosing.

Free: Free forever. It includes up to 50K contacts, 30 enrichment credits, unlimited jobs and projects, and limited multi-channel outreach automation. It is a useful way to assess the workflow, not a generous ongoing enrichment or automation plan.
Modular: $11.99/user/mo starting from, with 30 enrichment credits and a choice of standalone modules. This suits teams that need only selected capabilities; the same 30-credit allowance as Free makes it a poor fit if enrichment volume is the reason to upgrade.
Growth: $119/user/mo, with 3,000 monthly enrichment credits, unlimited contacts, 10 connected mailboxes, and two AI reply intent triggers. It is better suited to regular outreach at moderate scale, though mailbox and trigger limits remain relevant.
Scale: $179/user/mo, with 9,000 monthly enrichment credits, unlimited connected mailboxes, and full LinkedIn, email, and SMS outreach. Teams needing multi-channel automation and higher enrichment volume get the clearest step up here; it costs more per user than Growth.
Enterprise: Custom pricing, with SSO and SAML, custom data retention, dedicated infrastructure, SLA guarantees, and 24/7 priority support. It fits organizations that require these controls and service terms; Scale includes dedicated support, while Enterprise specifies round-the-clock priority support.

Platforms

Jobin is available on the web, through a browser extension, and via API. The extension supports LinkedIn sourcing, while API access, webhooks, and MCP provide options for connecting workflows.

Who it's for

Jobin is a strong fit for recruiters, agencies, and lean hiring teams that routinely source candidates, enrich contact records, and run outreach. Its free contact pool may help a small team evaluate the process, but teams with frequent enrichment needs or full-channel campaigns should budget for a paid seat. Organizations seeking only a basic ATS, or recruiters with occasional sourcing needs, may find the platform broader than necessary.

Pros and cons

Pro: Sourcing, screening, enrichment, and outreach sit in one recruiting workflow, reducing the need to move prospects between separate tools.
Pro: The free plan permits up to 50K contacts and unlimited jobs and projects, making it possible to explore the workflow before paying.
Pro: Scale combines substantial enrichment credits with unlimited connected mailboxes and LinkedIn, email, and SMS outreach.
Con: Free includes only 30 enrichment credits and limited multi-channel automation, restricting its usefulness for ongoing campaigns.
Con: Growth and Scale have substantial per-user monthly prices, and even Growth caps connected mailboxes at 10.

Alternatives

Candidate Sourcing Software is a broader category to browse if you want to compare sourcing tools.

Avery is worth considering for European profile search and ranked matches with explanations; its free plan does not include outreach or contact details.
ContactOut is an alternative for contact lookup, with a free plan of 10 credits and a Team/API option that includes access to a bulk profile license.
Coresignal offers a free tier with 2,000 credits and a paid Mini plan at 49.00 USD per month, making it an option to compare for credit-based data access.
Hyranse has a free plan with five monthly contact credits and two AI searches; its stated paid plan is 1280.00 USD per month.
Nebula offers 100 verified contact lookups per organization on its free plan, alongside AI matching and email/SMS outreach.
Pin has a free plan with five weekly contact lookup credits, one job position, one AI Agent, and email-only sequences.
SignalHire provides five free credits plus 10 free monthly extension credits, an alternative for readers weighing a smaller free credit allowance.
Sprad is a web-based option with a free ATS Core plan covering career site and Google for Jobs, pipeline and candidate management, and team roles and analytics.

Verdict

Choose Jobin if your recruiting work regularly combines candidate search, evaluation, contact enrichment, and outreach, and you value keeping those steps in one platform. Its breadth and Scale plan's complete LinkedIn, email, and SMS outreach are the strongest reasons to choose it. Look elsewhere if your needs are limited to a basic ATS or modest contact lookup: the free enrichment cap is low, and sustained multi-channel use means paying for a per-user plan.
