Overview

JetEmail was founded in 2024 and is headquartered in Australia. Email automation and audience segmentation make it relevant to teams running recurring or targeted campaigns, while its web-only platform suits browser-based work. Paid plans include unlimited marketing sends, so list size—not send volume—is the clearest scaling measure.

Key features

Email automation: This supports recurring or triggered marketing workflows, making JetEmail more suited to ongoing campaigns than a tool limited to one-off sends.
Audience segmentation: Marketers can organize subscribers into groups for more targeted campaigns rather than treating the entire list as one audience.
Unlimited marketing sends: Paid plans remove a stated marketing-send cap. That suits frequent campaigns, although the subscriber allowance still sets the audience ceiling for each tier.

Pricing

Marketing Suite Free costs $0.00 USD per free tier and does not expire. It allows 1,000 subscribers and includes 1 GB of image storage, a practical starting point for a small list, but not a generous allowance for a growing audience or image-heavy campaigns.

Starter costs $29.00 USD per month, billed monthly, for 5,000 subscribers, unlimited marketing sends, 100 AI requests per month and 1 TB of image storage. It combines a larger audience allowance with substantially more storage than the free tier, but the 100-request monthly ceiling matters to users who rely on AI requests. The 5,000-subscriber cap also means list growth can require a higher tier.

For larger audiences, Marketing Suite 10,000 subscribers costs $49.00 USD per month, billed monthly; Marketing Suite 25,000 subscribers costs $99.00 USD per month, billed monthly; Marketing Suite 50,000 subscribers costs $199.00 USD per month, billed monthly; and Marketing Suite 100,000 subscribers costs $350.00 USD per month, billed monthly. Each includes unlimited marketing sends. These tiers suit teams that need a higher subscriber ceiling, though the monthly price rises as the allowance grows.

Marketing Suite 1,000,000 subscribers costs $2,250.00 USD per month and includes unlimited marketing sends. Plans increase in 100,000-subscriber steps, giving larger lists a defined scale-up path, with a correspondingly substantial monthly commitment. The published tier details for these larger plans state subscriber allowances and unlimited sends, rather than Starter’s storage and AI-request inclusions.

Platforms

JetEmail is available on the web. It is a fit for browser-based marketing work, not for teams requiring a stated native desktop or mobile app.

Who it's for

JetEmail is a sensible choice for marketers who need automation and segmentation, send campaigns frequently, and can match their subscriber count to a monthly tier. The free plan can serve a small list without an expiry date. Teams with larger audiences can move through defined subscriber bands, while users looking for broader platform choice or a fixed price independent of list size should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pro: Unlimited marketing sends on paid tiers. Frequent campaigns do not have a stated send-count ceiling.
Pro: Defined subscriber bands. Paid tiers reach from 5,000 to 1,000,000 subscribers, making list-size capacity explicit.
Pro: Free tier has no expiry. A small list can use the service without a time-limited trial.
Con: Free tier stops at 1,000 subscribers. List growth beyond that calls for a paid plan.
Con: Starter has a 100 AI-request monthly allowance. It is a meaningful constraint for teams expecting heavier AI-request use.
Con: Paid prices rise with audience size. Larger subscriber limits require substantially higher monthly payments.
Con: Web is the only stated platform. Teams seeking a native mobile or desktop app have no stated option.

Verdict

Choose JetEmail if you want web-based campaign marketing with automation, segmentation and unlimited paid-tier sends, and your list fits one of its subscriber bands. Its strongest reason to choose it is freedom from a stated marketing-send cap; look elsewhere if you need a native app, a higher free-tier ceiling, or a plan whose price does not climb with audience size.
