Overview

Separate calendars for rooms and therapists help staff plan appointments against both space and availability. Deposits at booking and gift cards sold at the counter or by payment link support advance commitments and later purchases. Packages and memberships deduct a session at each visit, with the remaining balance visible at the desk—useful for tracking repeat services without manually recalculating visits.

Retail stock for oils and cosmetics sits in the same system as supplies used for treatments. Payments are matched to visits, and the spa offering works with inyad POS, inyad TPE All-in-One, inyad Staff, and inyad Collect. Appointments, checkout, and payments continue offline and sync when internet returns, helping avoid a stalled service when connectivity drops.

Key features

Room and therapist scheduling: Separate calendars make it easier to avoid assigning a treatment to an unavailable room or therapist.
Deposits, gift cards, and packages: Deposits can be collected when guests book; gift cards can be sold at the counter or through payment links. Packages and memberships track sessions remaining after each visit.
Retail inventory: Oils and cosmetics used in treatments or sold at the counter share one stock system, reducing the need to manage treatment supplies and retail goods separately.
Operations reporting: Room occupancy, treatment revenue, and therapist activity can be viewed on a phone in real time, making the reporting relevant to day-to-day oversight.
Offline continuity: Appointments, checkout, and payments keep working offline and sync after reconnection. That is a meaningful resilience feature for service businesses that cannot pause every transaction for an internet outage.
Setup and support: The spa service describes on-site setup and staff training, daily support, and an on-site intervention if a call cannot resolve an issue. This may matter to teams that want in-person help during rollout.
Payment security: inyad says its payment processing is PCI DSS certified, card data is not stored on the device, and stored data is encrypted with AES-256.

Pricing

Pricing shown for Morocco spans payment processing, POS software, and a local-software license; these are distinct choices rather than interchangeable monthly tiers.

inyad Pay (Morocco): 0.00 MAD per month while processing payments. The terminal is purchased separately and a one-time activation fee applies, so the zero monthly charge does not mean there are no upfront costs.
inyad POS (Morocco): 149.00 MAD per month starting price, including POS and inventory. The starting-price qualifier means the stated amount is not a complete quote for every setup.
inyad POS Classic (Morocco): 2999.00 MAD per once for a one-time Classic license with local software. This suits buyers preferring a local-software license over a recurring POS charge, but the one-time fee is a different commitment from the monthly plan.

The Morocco pricing page advertises a 7-day free trial and says POS and Invoicing include a free plan, but does not establish whether the spa plan qualifies. Confirm spa eligibility before treating the free plan or trial as an option for this use case.

Platforms

inyad supports Android and web. The web app works in any browser, and online booking works on mobile, tablet, and desktop without requiring a customer app. That gives guests a browser-based booking route while staff can use Android or the web app.

Who it's for

inyad is a strong fit for spas and wellness centers that need room and therapist scheduling alongside retail stock, deposits, memberships, and visit-matched payments. Its stated support for multiple spa locations also makes it relevant to operators coordinating more than one site. It is less compelling for a business seeking a clearly confirmed spa-specific free plan or a simple, fully priced monthly quote.

Pros and cons

Pro: Separate room and therapist calendars account for two constraints that both shape appointment capacity.
Pro: Packages and memberships track remaining sessions at the desk, while deposits and gift cards cover advance and counter sales.
Pro: Shared inventory and visit-matched payments bring treatment supplies, retail, and checkout into the same operating flow.
Pro: Offline appointment, checkout, and payment support helps maintain service during internet interruptions.
Con: The free-plan and trial language does not confirm eligibility for spa users, so buyers should verify before budgeting around either.
Con: The payment plan has a separately purchased terminal and one-time activation fee; POS is a starting price, limiting cost certainty from the monthly figure alone.

Alternatives

Spa Management Software is the broader category list for comparing spa-focused systems. For a simpler free platform across devices, Cloud Studio Manager includes its whole platform with unlimited users and no tiers or paid add-ons, though it has no free trial. Loqlee may suit a smaller operation that can work within one vertical and up to three staff accounts on its free Starter plan, with booking and order management across its business and customer apps.

Salonist is worth considering when a 50-appointment monthly free cap and online booking, calendar, and staff-shift tools fit the workload. Vi-Office PMS Spa offers free bookings, room assignments, commissions, and billing on web, but its free account becomes inactive after 90 days without sign-in and data is deleted after 180 days. FARSET is a web and Android option for businesses whose booking volume fits its free limit of 20 confirmed bookings a month, with a £15.00 monthly Pro plan for unlimited bookings.

ReSpark is another paid Android and web option. Agilysys Sales & Catering is a paid web alternative with custom pricing. LABÉAU is a paid option with a 12-month Silver plan at 174.92 MYR per month, including online bookings, WhatsApp reminders, client records, reporting, and email support. For personal-training-focused tools, see Personal Trainer Scheduling Software.

Verdict

Choose inyad if your spa needs appointment planning tied to rooms and therapists, retail inventory, packages, payments, and offline continuity in one system. Its broad operating scope is the main reason to choose it; uncertain spa eligibility for the free offer and added payment-terminal and activation costs are the reasons to look elsewhere or clarify the quote first.
