Overview

IntegrityLog focuses on compliance and ethics casework, from receiving a report through investigation and oversight. Its dashboard groups cases as unconfirmed, pending, expiring or managed, giving teams a practical queue for prioritising attention. Automated alerts flag changes to those states, reducing the chance that an approaching deadline or untouched report is missed.

The platform keeps an archive of case-related activity for internal oversight, legal inquiries and regulatory reviews. That makes it more suitable for formal reporting programmes than a general-purpose task tracker. Organisations can assign investigators by country or entity and adapt reporting channels to their own policies and branding. Advisors can manage multiple clients from one dashboard, with client onboarding, pre-built workflows and granular access controls.

Key features

Intake and workflow

Case intake forms, custom case fields and workflow automation support consistent collection and repeatable handling. Teams can shape records around their compliance process rather than forcing every report into a fixed template. Reporting dashboards and an audit trail add management visibility and accountability as cases progress.

Confidential reporting

Anonymous reports are accepted where the applicable local law permits. Compliance officers can still contact a reporter for further information, preserving a route to clarification without requiring disclosure of identity. Voice submissions include automatic voice distortion, a useful option when audio evidence or accessibility matters. Localised reporting portals support multilingual environments, which is important for organisations operating across jurisdictions.

Permissions and oversight

Role-specific permissions restrict case visibility to authorised users. More granular controls allow selective sharing with internal or external stakeholders, helping organisations involve legal advisers or investigators without exposing every record. The product page states that its processes comply with ISO 27001 standards and that the platform adheres to GDPR and local data-protection laws; organisations still need to configure workflows for their own jurisdictional obligations.

Meetings and follow-through

Agenda templates, recurring meetings, decision tracking and action-item tracking extend the product beyond report intake. This connects governance discussions with recorded decisions and assigned follow-up, which can be valuable when compliance committees review cases regularly. Buyers seeking only whistleblowing intake may not need this broader meeting layer, while teams already maintaining separate meeting software may see overlap.

Pricing

IntegrityLog is a paid product with pricing available on request. Prospective customers can request a personalised demo and should obtain a quote that reflects their organisation, entities or client workload. No public seat rate, plan tiers, usage quotas, renewal terms or trial duration are provided, so cost comparison requires a sales conversation rather than a self-serve checkout.

Platforms

IntegrityLog runs in the cloud and supports web, Android and iOS access. The cloud deployment avoids a local-server requirement and allows compliance teams and advisors to reach the same case environment across supported devices.

Who it's for

It is aimed at organisations and compliance teams running whistleblowing and ethics programmes, particularly those needing jurisdiction-aware anonymous reporting, investigator assignment and a durable case archive. Advisors supporting several clients can use the multi-client dashboard and controlled onboarding workflows. It is less compelling for a small team wanting a low-cost standalone meeting planner or a simple, single-purpose reporting form.

Pros and cons

Pros

Structured case control: Forms, custom fields, automation, status dashboards and alerts create a defined path from intake to management.
Strong confidentiality options: Anonymous reporting where lawful, distorted voice recordings and granular permissions address sensitive communications and selective sharing.
Review-ready records: The activity archive and audit trail support oversight, legal inquiries and regulatory reviews.
Useful for distributed programmes: Localised portals, country or entity investigator assignment and multilingual operation fit international organisations.
Connected governance work: Meeting agendas, decisions and action items can sit alongside case workflows.

Cons

Budget visibility is limited: Custom pricing and no stated trial or public plan structure make early cost evaluation difficult.
Jurisdiction affects anonymity: Anonymous reporting depends on local law, so rollout policies must be adapted by operating region.
Broad scope may be unnecessary: Organisations needing only case intake or only meeting management may pay for capabilities outside their primary use.

Alternatives

DFIR-IRIS is a free, open-source, self-hosted option when avoiding licence fees and retaining deployment control matters more than a managed cloud service.

Socianote offers a no-time-limit free plan capped at three staff, 50 people, one programme and 200 documents, fitting small programmes with modest volumes.

CORE Search has a free Badge Apps account with read-only incident access and chat tools for teams needing a limited-cost starting point.

Pega Investigative Case Management is another paid investigative case platform, with demo-based purchasing rather than a public price.

Hyland OnBase suits organisations considering a paid platform with a base subscription covering 100 named users and deployment across web, desktop and mobile environments.

Marble Case Manager provides an open-source free tier with a real-time decision engine and self-hosting, while paid tiers add fraud and AML capabilities.

Primero offers a free, annually billed DIY tier with open-source self-managed deployment and community support.

Tracker is a paid case-management alternative with a free tier and trial, including recording limits and watermarking on its free plan.

For broader directories, see Case Management Software, Board Management Software and Meeting Management Software.

Verdict

Choose IntegrityLog if your compliance programme needs whistleblowing intake, controlled investigation workflows, multilingual and jurisdiction-aware reporting, and meeting-to-action tracking in one cloud service. Look elsewhere if transparent self-serve pricing, a free tier, or a narrowly focused case or meeting tool is the deciding requirement.
