Overview

Recruiters set scoring criteria, and Hyring produces an overall score, skill ratings, a fit level, and a transcript. That shared framework can make early reviews more consistent across a large candidate pool, although the value of the scores depends on the criteria the hiring team sets.

Live interviews adapt follow-up questions to a candidate’s answers; asynchronous interviews let candidates respond without a scheduled live conversation. The two formats give teams flexibility to match screening to the role and interviewer capacity. Scoring and integrity flags can inform recruiter review, but should not replace it.

Key features

Adaptive interviews and reporting

Live follow-ups respond to candidate answers, while scoring and transcripts give recruiters a consistent record to review. Hyring also supports interview recording. This combination is useful when a team wants more than a one-way questionnaire, but the asynchronous option avoids the scheduling demand of a live session.

Languages and integrity signals

Hyring supports 11 interview languages, including English, Spanish, German, Hindi, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Russian, and Polish. It flags risks such as tab switching, screen sharing, identity and face checks, audio anomalies, and AI-generated or plagiarized answers. These signals can direct attention to potentially questionable responses, rather than establish misconduct by themselves.

Integrations and security

Hyring lists integrations with ATS platforms including Greenhouse, BambooHR, Ashby, Breezy, JazzHR, Freshteam, ADP, SAP, and Tracker. The Business plan expands this to all 24 ATS integrations and an API. Hyring states that it is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 compliant, handles candidate data in line with regulations including GDPR, and encrypts interviews with access controls—relevant safeguards for teams processing candidate information.

Pricing

Hyring has a free plan and paid plans from $79.00 USD per month. Each AI video interview uses one credit, and additional credits are sold separately in packs, so the included monthly allowance—not just the seat count—matters when estimating cost.

Plan	Price	What it includes
Free	0.00 USD per free	50 credits per month, 1 seat, 1 active job post, English-only use, and 1 AI voice
Pro	79.00 USD per month	50 credits per month, 5 seats, 10 active job posts, AI avatar, all 11 languages, and core ATS integrations
Business	239.00 USD per month	50 credits per month, 15 seats, unlimited job posts, all 24 ATS integrations and API, priority support, 45-minute interviews, and a longest listed retention period of 90 days
Enterprise	Custom pricing	Custom credit volume, SSO, data residency, a dedicated customer success manager, custom SLAs, and white-glove onboarding; priority support with SLA

The Free plan is a narrow trial-size option for a solo recruiter or small pilot: its one seat, one active job, English-only use, and 50 credits constrain broader adoption. Pro raises the team and job-post caps and adds all 11 languages, but still includes 50 credits per month, so it does not increase the base interview allowance. Business is the better fit for larger recruiting teams that need 15 seats, unlimited posts, expanded integrations, and priority support; its 50-credit allowance remains the same, with extra credits purchased separately. Enterprise suits organizations needing custom volume, identity and data controls, or contractual support commitments. A free trial is also offered.

Platforms

Hyring is available on web and Windows. Its live and asynchronous interview formats support teams that need both scheduled conversations and candidate responses collected on their own time.

Who it's for

Hyring is aimed at teams handling more candidates than interviewer hours, including high-volume, campus, staffing, technical, healthcare, and frontline hiring. Its structured scoring and two interview modes are most compelling where a repeatable early screen can relieve recruiter workload. Teams with low interview volume, or those needing more than 50 included monthly credits without separately buying packs, may find the plan limits a poor fit.

Pros and cons

Pros: Recruiter-set criteria produce comparable scores, skill ratings, fit levels, and transcripts, supporting consistent early review.
Pros: Live adaptive follow-ups and asynchronous interviews offer two ways to screen candidates without relying on one interview format.
Pros: Eleven interview languages and a broad set of named ATS integrations make it relevant to multilingual and connected recruiting workflows.
Cons: Every AI video interview consumes one credit, and all three listed self-serve plans include only 50 credits per month; higher volume can mean extra purchases.
Cons: The free plan is limited to one seat, one active job, and English, making it unsuitable as a broad team deployment.

Alternatives

For a wider comparison, browse AI Recruiting Software, Video Interviewing Software, Video Interview Software, Interview Intelligence Software, or AI Job Search Tools.

Choose Pin instead if contact lookup and email-only outreach are the priority: its free plan includes five contact lookup credits per week, one job position, and one AI Agent.

Tellability may suit teams looking for a hiring-focused free pilot, with 50 credits per month, three active job postings, 50 candidate unlocks per month, and up to 15 matched candidates.

Scope is an alternative for teams focused on sourcing, with automated sourcing, a desktop app connector, basic project management, and manual CSV export on its free plan.

Hirin is another recruiting platform to consider.

Blosto may be a better match for teams seeking AI candidate search and shortlist credits: its Starter plan is 125.00 USD per month, billed annually, with one seat and 250 shortlist credits per month.

AmazingHiring is an alternative with customized pricing based on users, functionality, and other terms.

Loxo may fit teams looking for recruiting software with unlimited jobs, candidates, and companies on its Core plan, priced at 149.00 USD per month per user, billed annually and paid up front.

Vervoe is worth considering when enterprise-grade security, SSO, regional data storage, uptime guarantees, and priority support SLAs are the priority.

Verdict

Hyring is a strong fit for recruiting teams that need structured, scored initial interviews across a high volume of candidates, especially when both live and asynchronous workflows matter. Its adaptive follow-ups, multilingual interviews, and ATS connections make the case; the main reason to look elsewhere is the 50-credit monthly allowance across the listed plans, which can require separate credit purchases as hiring volume grows.
