Overview

Otiggo orders stops around a starting point, customer constraints, time windows and daily priorities. Drivers can recalculate the remaining route from the depot, an address or their current GPS position, while route changes made on web or mobile synchronize the stop order. That gives dispatch and drivers a shared route as plans change.

Routes can combine parcels from multiple clients while retaining each parcel’s carrier identity. This makes Otiggo more relevant to subcontractors handling work for several carriers than to teams seeking only a basic route planner.

Key features

Routing and driver operations

Time-window planning, automatic reoptimization and live technician tracking support dispatch teams coordinating changing priorities and monitoring drivers. Route capacity is plan-dependent: the driver app supports up to 15, 200 or 500 stops per route depending on plan, while the stated maximum stops figure is 100. These differing ceilings make it important to confirm the applicable limit before choosing a plan for larger routes.

Scanning and data handling

The mobile app scans manifests, labels and documents to extract addresses and parcel information. Images go to Anthropic’s Claude API for extraction; Otiggo says they are deleted after processing, subject to temporary technical storage, legal obligations or a setting that requires otherwise. The privacy policy names HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, restricted access, logging, backups and monitoring among its security measures. Alvexa says it processes personal data under the GDPR and amended French Data Protection Act.

The privacy policy also names Vercel for hosting and Stripe for payments. The company invites prospective customers to request a demo so its team can review delivery volumes and requirements.

Pricing

Otiggo has a free plan and paid plans priced in euros. The listed monthly prices and annual billing amounts are:

Gratuit: 0.00 EUR per free; one route per day, 15 stops and five AI scans per month. The daily route and small scan allowance make it suitable for limited use, not a busy operation.
Basique: 4.99 EUR per month, billed 39.99 EUR/year; up to 100 stops and 30 days of history. It raises the stop allowance but remains a modest option for teams that need route capacity more than extensive scanning.
Essentiel: 9.99 EUR per month, billed 77.99 EUR/year; increasing scan quotas. It may suit users whose scanning needs exceed the entry allowance.
Pro: 19.99 EUR per month, billed 155.99 EUR/year; increasing scan quotas. It costs more than Essentiel, but the stated distinction is higher scan quotas rather than a specified stop increase.
Starter: 149.00 EUR per month, billed 1,430 EUR/year; parcels, manifests, routes, zones and dispatch, carrier and delivery-point tracking, carrier billing, 6,000 AI scans per month and driver access. This is aimed at teams needing dispatch and carrier workflows, not just route planning.
Complet: 219.00 EUR per month, billed 2,102 EUR/year; everything in Starter plus leave, fleet and finance modules, driver access and 6,000 AI scans per month plus packs. It is the broader operational package for teams that need those additional modules.

A free trial is offered. No seat allowance is stated for these plans, so teams should confirm driver and user access needs; Driver access is included in Starter and Complet. The 100-stop maximum and the plan-specific route figures should also be reconciled with the route size the operation needs.

Platforms

Otiggo is available on web, Android and iOS. The web platform serves delivery operations, while the mobile app supports driver workflows and scanning.

Who it's for

Otiggo is best suited to delivery subcontractors, dispatch teams, drivers and managers who need route planning, parcel handling and scanning in one workflow. Multi-carrier routes are a particular fit for operators carrying parcels for several clients. Teams needing guaranteed uninterrupted availability or a minimum service level should seek separate contractual terms: the standard terms do not guarantee either unless a separate contract or special conditions provide it.

Pros and cons

Pro: Drivers can reroute from the depot, an address or their GPS position, and route changes synchronize across web and mobile.
Pro: Multi-carrier routes retain each parcel’s originating carrier, supporting subcontracted delivery work across clients.
Pro: The mobile app extracts address and parcel information from scanned manifests, labels and documents.
Con: The free plan allows just one route per day, 15 stops and five AI scans per month, limiting its usefulness for regular delivery operations.
Con: Route stop ceilings vary by plan, and the stated 100-stop maximum sits alongside higher plan-specific figures; buyers should verify their actual limit.
Con: Uninterrupted availability and minimum service levels are not guaranteed under standard terms.

Alternatives

Route Optimization Software is a broader directory category for comparing route-planning options.

Routific is worth considering if its free allowance of 100 orders per month and feature set excluding SMS notifications better matches a small operation.
Geo2 offers a free plan with one user, up to 15 orders per route and up to 10 AI requests per day; consider it if those limits suit your workload.
Route4Me offers a free 10-stop plan with routes saved for seven days, or a monthly plan with unlimited stops.
Routella is another freemium option for readers comparing delivery software.
Shipday has a free Basic plan for up to 300 orders per month and 10 driver accounts, and its full platform can be tried free for 14 days without a credit card.
Crisphive offers a free plan with five technicians, 300 optimized jobs per month and one dispatcher, which may suit a small field-service team.
DispatchTool is another freemium alternative for readers comparing dispatch software.
Drivant is another option to compare for web and desktop use.

Verdict

Choose Otiggo if your delivery operation needs synchronized routing, driver rerouting and parcel scanning, especially across multiple carriers. Its free tier is tightly capped, while its broader dispatch modules begin at a substantially higher price; check route capacity, scan needs and availability terms before committing. Look elsewhere if you need a clear, guaranteed service level without separate contractual conditions.
