Overview

Goliday is a hosted website builder and direct-booking system for vacation rentals. It is best suited to owners and managers who want a property website alongside external booking channels, without paying per-booking commissions. Its main trade-off is scale: plan property caps and a 40-photo limit per dwelling call for attention before choosing it.

Key features

Modular templates let owners create a rental website without technical knowledge, while hosting, maintenance and support are included. Goliday claims 99.9% accessibility and offers support by live chat, email and phone. That bundled service reduces the need to arrange hosting separately, though the accessibility claim is not a guarantee of uninterrupted service.

The booking engine supports direct reservations, and calendar synchronization can keep external-platform bookings aligned; bookings can also be added manually. Goliday says it has been a Google Vacation Rental Partner since 2025 and that listings appear on Google Hotels and Maps. Together, these features make the website useful alongside other channels, rather than only as a standalone brochure.

PRO adds credit-card payments and 13 website languages, with manual or automatic translation. Bank transfer, PayPal and cheque are also listed for France. Goliday says it charges no booking commissions or service fees, an advantage for direct reservations. Its terms limit uploads to 40 photos per dwelling during a subscription, which may be restrictive for properties that depend on extensive image galleries. The terms also describe physical server access security and an upstream firewall with abnormal-event email alerts. For credit-card payments processed through PayPal, Goliday says it does not access customers' payment-method data.

Pricing

Goliday has a free plan, paid plans from €15/mo (annual), and a 15-day trial. The trial is free, requires no payment details and ends automatically. Prices exclude VAT.

Plan	Price	Limits and inclusions
FREE	0.00 EUR per free	1 property, 1 language and up to 100 additional pages
PRO	15.00 EUR per year	1–50 properties, multiple languages, custom domain and up to 100 additional pages
PREMIUM	249.00 EUR per year	50–200 properties, multiple languages, custom domain and up to 100 additional pages

FREE is a low-commitment way to establish one property's site, but its single-language limit rules it out for operators who need a multilingual website. PRO is the natural fit for small and midsize portfolios that need multiple languages or a custom domain; it also includes the PRO payment and language features. PREMIUM is aimed at larger operators with 50–200 properties. The published property ranges overlap at 50, so buyers at that threshold should confirm which plan applies. The plan prices are stated as yearly billing, while the pricing note describes paid pricing as from €15/mo (annual); confirm the applicable billing amount before subscribing.

Platforms

Goliday is available on the web. Its hosted website and booking engine are therefore suited to owners managing their rental presence through a browser.

Who it's for

Goliday names bed-and-breakfasts, boutique hotels and serviced apartments among its intended users. It is a stronger fit for operators who want direct bookings, channel calendar coordination and included site hosting than for anyone who needs more than 200 properties on the stated plans or more than 40 photos per dwelling.

Pros and cons

Pro: No booking commissions or service fees can make direct reservations more attractive than commission-based channels.
Pro: Hosting, maintenance and support are included, with live chat, email and phone contact options.
Pro: PRO supports 13 website languages and credit-card payments, extending the site beyond a single-language booking page.
Con: FREE covers only one property and one language, so it is limited for growing or multilingual operators.
Con: The 40-photo-per-dwelling cap may constrain image-heavy listings.
Con: Prices exclude VAT, and the yearly plan amounts and monthly-equivalent pricing note should be reconciled before purchase.

Alternatives

For a broader comparison of this category, see Vacation Rental Website Builders.

Choose Dtravel if a free plan for up to 25 listings is a priority; its Starter plan charges a 5% booking fee and a 9% fee on referred bookings, unlike Goliday's no-commission approach. Hospitable is another freemium option, with a free Essentials plan for unlimited active properties. Houfy offers a free web plan with calendar sync, instant payments and unlimited photos, but charges a one-time $5.99 host verification fee to appear in Houfy search. Tokeet is worth comparing if Android or iOS access matters; its AdvanceCM plan is $14.99 USD per month and includes 50+ channel connections, automated messaging, dynamic rates, invoicing and payments.

Hostaway is another paid option. iGMS may suit operators looking for a per-booked-night FLEX plan, priced at $1.00 USD per month with a $20 per property/month minimum and 0% booking fee. Lodgix is a paid alternative with a listed $79.99 USD per month plan for 1–7 properties. Rental Network Software is another paid web-based alternative.

Verdict

Goliday is a strong choice for small lodging operators who want a hosted direct-booking site, calendar synchronization and commission-free bookings in one service. Choose PRO when multiple languages, a custom domain or a portfolio beyond one property matters; look elsewhere if the photo cap or the stated property ceilings do not fit your operation.
