Overview

Inbox Insight shows whether test messages reach inboxes, spam folders, or subfolders across providers, and checks them against SpamAssassin, Barracuda, Microsoft Exchange Online Protection, Proofpoint, and a Google filter. GlockApps also tracks IP and domain blocklists, sender scores, and placement by IP, giving teams several angles for diagnosing deliverability rather than relying on a single inbox result.

Beyond tests, it analyzes message size, images, and links and checks HTML compatibility. DMARC Analytics collects reports, monitors sending sources, and retains reports for a year. Uptime Monitor covers IPs, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, HTTP, TLS, and TCP, with checks configurable as often as every minute. This breadth suits teams with ongoing sending operations; it may be more than a small sender needs if the priority is only occasional spam testing.

Key features

Testing, monitoring, and automation

Mailbox connections include Gmail, Google Workspace, Amazon, Mailgun, SendGrid, Outlook, Mailjet, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and SparkPost. Mailchimp users can import GlockApps test addresses into an audience and send campaign copies to that test list, which makes recurring pre-send checks more practical.

The API supports automated tests, retrieval of results, and client management through projects and folders, and is available on every plan, including Free. That is a meaningful advantage for developers or agencies building deliverability checks into workflows, although the Free plan's two spam-test credits sharply limit how much testing it can sustain.

Privacy and support

Inbox Insight collects sender addresses and IPs, message content and headers, and mailbox-provider placement results to run tests. Teams handling sensitive campaign material should account for that collection before sending test messages. GlockApps provides a Help Center and step-by-step tutorials; its DMARC support specialists are described as having more than 15 years of experience.

Pricing

GlockApps has a free plan and a 14-day Uptime Monitor trial that allows up to 20 monitors. Paid tiers are billed annually at the stated monthly rates:

Plan	Price	Included capacity	Best fit
Free	0.00 USD per free	2 spam test credits, 10,000 DMARC messages, unlimited DMARC domains, 5 uptime monitors, 1 IP reputation monitor, 1 user	Evaluation or very occasional checks
Essential	59.00 USD per month (billed $708 paid annually)	360 spam test credits, 600,000 DMARC messages, unlimited DMARC domains, 15 uptime monitors, 10 IP reputation monitors, 1 user	One-person operations needing regular tests and monitoring
Growth	99.00 USD per month (billed $1,188 paid annually)	1,080 spam test credits, 1,200,000 DMARC messages, unlimited DMARC domains, 25 uptime monitors, 20 IP reputation monitors, 5 users	Small teams that need shared access and higher volumes
Enterprise	129.00 USD per month (billed $1,548 paid annually)	1,800 spam test credits, 12,000,000 DMARC messages, unlimited DMARC domains, 30 uptime monitors, 25 IP reputation monitors, 10 users	Larger teams with substantial DMARC volume

Free is useful for a narrow proof of fit, but two spam tests and one user are not a working allowance for a campaign program. Essential increases test and monitoring capacity but remains single-user; Growth is the first tier for a team, with five seats. Enterprise's largest jump is DMARC volume, so it makes sense when reporting volume warrants the step up. The annual billing commitment matters: the monthly figures are not presented as month-to-month terms.

Platforms

GlockApps is available on web and through an API. API availability even on Free lets a developer assess integration before committing to a paid tier.

Who it's for

GlockApps fits marketers, businesses, and email operations teams that need to diagnose inbox placement before sending and keep watch on authentication, reputation, or service availability between campaigns. It is also a reasonable choice for agencies or developers automating checks through its API. A solo user with infrequent tests can start free, but teams needing routine tests will quickly face the free plan's credit and seat limits.

Pros and cons

Pros: Inbox placement, content checks, blocklist and sender-score monitoring, DMARC analytics, and uptime checks cover distinct causes of delivery problems in one service.
Pros: The API is included on Free, so automation can be evaluated without first buying a subscription.
Pros: Unlimited DMARC domains across all four plans avoid a domain-count ceiling as an account grows.
Cons: Free includes only two spam-test credits and one user, making it an evaluation tier rather than a dependable campaign-testing allowance.
Cons: Essential remains limited to one user, so shared team workflows require Growth or Enterprise.
Cons: Paid prices are tied to annual billing, which is a substantial commitment for organizations that only need short-term monitoring.
Cons: Inbox Insight handles message content and headers plus sender and placement data, a material consideration for sensitive emails.

Alternatives

For a DMARC-focused choice with a lower starting paid price, EasyDMARC has a free tier capped at 1,000 emails per month, one domain, 14 days of data history, and one invited user; its DMARC Plus plan is 35.99 USD per month, billed annually. Pick it when those narrower limits suit the job better than GlockApps' broader deliverability and uptime toolkit.

Postmark is an alternative for sending email: its free plan allows 100 emails per month with no overages and never expires, while Basic is 15.00 USD per month. Choose it when the need is a small email-sending allowance rather than GlockApps-style placement and monitoring coverage.

TrueSend offers a free plan with 6,000 emails per month, two sending domains, unlimited email IDs per domain, a drag-and-drop builder, templates, analytics, and SPF-related features. It is worth considering when the priority is sending and campaign-building capacity.

Unspam.email is a leaner option for occasional checks: its no-account tier provides three spam tests, two inbox placements, and one device preview per month, with 24-hour data retention. Its custom plan starts at 5.00 USD per month with a $5 monthly minimum.

Mailreach is the alternative when email warming is part of the requirement: All-In-One is 19.50 USD per month and combines a warmer with spam testing, at least 20 test credits, and up to 100 emails per day.

SenderSignal is another deliverability option, available on web.

DMARC Report is an alternative to consider for DMARC reporting.

Mail-Tester is another option for email testing.

Verdict

Choose GlockApps if you need a combined view of inbox placement, sender reputation, authentication reporting, and uptime, especially when API automation or multiple monitoring types matter. Its free tier offers a low-friction start, but the two test credits and single seat are restrictive, and paid plans require annual billing. Look elsewhere if you need only lightweight testing, a sending platform, or DMARC reporting without the wider monitoring bundle.
